This perfectly located home, provides easy access to all sites and amenities. On the second floor without elevator, not accessible to people with limited mobility. Located in the city center, 7 min walk from the river, health course, tennis , and at the foot of shops and restaurants. Fully equipped, LV/coffee maker/microwave/oven/TV/sheets and towels provided (bed not made), dishwasher towel, 1 bedroom (bed 140cms), Wc/bathroom. Check-in is between 15:00 and 00:00 and checkout is by 11:00.

Recent villa with private heated pool on the heights of Rosières 5 minutes from shops (Intermarche with drive...). Possibility of walking from the house. This house is located in a quiet area not far from the river.
