This perfectly located home, provides easy access to all sites and amenities. On the second floor without elevator, not accessible to people with limited mobility. Located in the city center, 7 min walk from the river, health course, tennis , and at the foot of shops and restaurants. In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. The rental allows me to finance the rest of my amenities. My property is close to the Ardèche river. You'll love it for the views, the decor, and the pebble alleys. In summer, I prefer one week stays from Saturday to Saturday.
