The curtains that elegantly close the outdoor terrace ensure privacy and confidentiality. Each bungalow has a small green area, perfect for children and their outdoor games, but also convenient for older people who want to relax in the shade of the pine forest. Conveniently located on the avenue leading to the beach, the bungalows are just a short walk to the beach.

Our newly built, fully air-conditioned and completely furnished house can accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children. The town of Rosolina is about 8 km from the sea. Outside, there is a large terrace with an awning, a lounge area, a gas barbecue, sun loungers, a 3.60-metre diameter pool and a garden swing. Shared use of the small fitness room and the volleyball/boccia/badminton court. There is a covered, shaded carport by the house. Private access to the house.

My accommodation,well located,is a good solution for a sojour at Cavallino Treporti. It is easy to reach Venice and St. Mark' square. There is a pubblic boat every 30 min. leaving from Punta Sabbioni to Venice. My house has all comforts and the bedrooms have been recently renovated. It is situated next to the beach and to the bus stop to reachVenice or Jesolo. It is the ideal accommodation for couples, family with children or business travellers.
