Our cottage is located on the outskirts / edge of the forest / cul-de-sac. Suitable for 3 people (2 adults+ child). The municipality of Abtsgmünd has been a state-recognized health resort since 2010, meeting climatic and air hygiene requirements. Many hiking and cycling tours in the surrounding area. Our granny apartment was renovated in 1/25. Abtsgmünd is located on Bundesstraße 19 in the Kochertal between Aalen and Schwäbisch Hall. Close to shops, Parking spaces in front of and next to the house.

Enjoy your stay in this centrally located, modern, newly built 1-room apartment in Aalen. The new kitchen is fully equipped incl. washer-dryer, coffee and tea. The cozy 140x200cm bed accommodates up to 2 people, luggage can be stored in the tall cupboard or under the bed. The dining table can easily also be used as a home office thanks to 300 MBit/s WiFi 6. The modern bathroom with floor-level shower and underfloor heating as well as the underground parking space round off the apartment.

The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room with a double bed is separated from the room with a bunk bed by a wardrobe. Wi-Fi with 250 Mbit/s is at your disposal. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures to follow). Nearby (500 m) our local recreation area Stausee Rainau Buch is our apartment, where you have many opportunities for sports activities. In summer, the beach at the reservoir is a very popular destination, with the possibility to linger at the beach bar. Enjoy the beautiful area and simply stroll through the nearby cities of Aalen or Ellwangen. We have lovingly furnished our apartment with all the necessary items.
