The apartment is really centrally located. It's only 150 meters to the tram. Tram no. 4/7 takes you directly to the city center. Bus stop is just a street away. Opposite the apartment is a grocery store and a pharmacy. There is also a restaurant across the street where you can eat well. Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

If you like it a little more cozy, the four of you would also feel comfortable. Elevator. Coffee. Various teas. Vacation home in a nature reserve & close to the city

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. The apartment is located in the middle of the forest! Please do not rate us 4 or fewer stars due to the idyllic & quiet location. Thank you very much.
