The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

The attic apartment in our house is about 20-minute walk from the city center in Aschaffenburg and is still very quiet. From the balcony you have a wonderful view over our Schweinheim district and the foothills of the Spessart. Ideal for cyclists, bikers as there are free parking spaces directly in and at the house. Especially for cyclists, enclosed parking spaces are available directly in the house. Also ideal for trade fair exhibitors.

Enjoy your time in our stylish and lovingly furnished apartment. Our apartment has an open living/dining area with kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, fridge (+ freezer) and a coffee machine. In the bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed 140 cm and a wardrobe. There is another sleeping space available on the sofa bed.

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes.
