Vacation on the Main River

Visit us in our beautiful wine village of Obereisenheim. Our apartment for 2 - 7 people in the center of the village has a living room that is open to the top. From here, a spiral staircase leads to the gallery with a double bed. There are also 2 separate bedrooms (1 possible as a triple room), bathroom with shower/toilet and separate tub, hair dryer, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, etc. There is also a bicycle garage at ground level. Parking is possible in the courtyard or in the parking lot opposite.

Vacation home - quiet, bright, modern

Our bright, new apartment is very well equipped. Located on the outskirts, you can enjoy the tranquility on the balcony. Facilities such as a supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Water playground, space to relax next door. The Main is not far and thus also many small villages and beautiful cities. Leisure: Bandkeramikmuseum, Jewish cemetery, the cities of Schweinfurt, Würzburg, Volkach, Werneck, swimming lakes, thermal baths, wine villages on the Main loop.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

In the 65-square-metre living-dining area is the open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island. Large, extendable dining table with 6 chairs. Attractive U-shaped sofa arrangement overlooking the 75-inch TV. There are two cosy Bedroom with a 1.80 m box-spring bed and a modern 1.60 m bed available. There is also a comfortable electric single bed in each bedroom. A stylish bathroom with a 1.40 m deep walk-in shower with LED strip lighting is available.

Quiet vacation home with idyllic garden view. The vacation apartment includes a large bathroom with natural light and a spacious kitchen-living room with a kitchenette, including Stove and microwave. Extra beds for up to two more people and babies are possible. The accommodation is located in the middle of Lower Franconia. The city of Schweinfurt and many wine towns, such as Volkach or Sommerach, can be reached in a short time by bike or car.

Beautiful loft apartment in the heart of Schweinfurt

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an old building from 1909 with views of the rooftops of Schweinfurt's old town. In this 40 m² attic apartment with a converted gable and unobstructed views, you will immediately feel at home. It has everything you need for a longer stay or for temporary living. It has a bathroom with shower and a brand new fully equipped, open kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, stove and dishes.

Holiday home right by the river

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

I am renting out my 2.5-room condo. The apartment consists of a living room including dining area, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. A washing machine is also provided. The apartment is suitable for up to 4 people. In the bedroom there is a double bed and in the living room a sofa bed. The newly renovated bathroom invites you to relax. The central location close to SW is perfect for a few relaxing days or for fitters.
