Outdoor seating with/without canopy invite you to enjoy in nature. The little herds of goats, dwarf hare, guinea pigs and chickens delight young and old.

Historic Tiny House

This romantic house was built in the 17th century and directly adjoins the city wall of Röttingen. Following its renovation in 2010, the accommodation offers space across 3 floors. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining area with a television and dining table. On the first floor, you'll find the bathroom and a bedroom, while the second floor houses another living room with a sofa bed. The building is equipped with a modern gas heating system.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. You live in a historic building, built in 1799 by the Princes of Mainz as a forestry administration, in Rippberg - a district of the pilgrimage town of Walldürn in the Odenwald region of Baden. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.
