Located in a quiet area, at the foot of the Canal du Midi in a charming village bordered by its vineyard and pine forest, you will appreciate the proximity of the restaurant, its grocery store and its bread depot (all these services are located 200 m from the accommodation but are CLOSED ON MONDAYS). Its geographical location allows access in 40 minutes to the beaches, 40 minutes to the City of Carcassonne, 20 minutes to the large buffets of Narbonne and 10 minutes to the highway exit. Its plus: its small private courtyard not overlooked.

Chic Southern French Retreat, Pool, Views, Nature

L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Character cottage, quiet and natural, for 4 to 7 people.

If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).
