Holiday rentals with breakfast in Rouen

A really nice place to stay close to the centre of Rouen with a nice back garden to relax in. There are lots of attractions nearby and some lovely sea side towns within an hours drive.

Listing matches descriptions and expectations. Spacious and quiet house. Comfort bedding. Good responsiveness to replace the defective coffee maker during the day. We enjoyed the large Italian shower and the Moroccan living room, as well as the large terrace and barbecues. We recommend this rental without reservations.

We had a great time at this beautiful home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, the bedrooms and bathrooms are very pleasant, the garden is huge... everything is full of charm! I highly recommend it!

We had a pleasant stay in Myriam's house. Meets our expectations and perfectly suited for a group of friends who were looking for space while staying close to shops. We stayed for one night. The apartment is located in the small village . There are several shops nearby. The apartment is clean, comfortable. Elise is hospitable. We got the basket of pastries in the morning. It was perfect. Thank you for being you)

Apartment as described, small but good for 1 max 2 people. Well maintained. Ideally located for visiting the city, everything can be done on foot. It may seem a little noisy at first with the street. But very quiet at night. Bathroom a little small but small functional kitchen. I would go back.

We had a lovely stay at Maxime's. The apartment was clean and welcoming. My partner and I enjoyed the charming attention of our hosts to be able to breakfast the next day , not to mention the bottle of fresh water when we arrived after hours of motorcycling in the heat which was a real luxury 🙂 The Jacuzzi is a really nice plus. Small accuracy on the accommodation: access to the floor is via a fairly steep staircase and requires folding to access it, if you are tall and/or you need to access the toilet at night you will prefer to stay downstairs on the convertible . Very warm, clean and well-located apartment! Parking is a two-minute walk away, close to shops and restaurants. The apartment is quiet but close to bar life too. Recommended!

Had a great time at Stéphanie's place! The accommodation is as advertised, very clean, good location and perfectly equipped. Easy communication throughout your stay. Small croissants and chocolate bread for the morning + coffee, cappuccino or tea capsules. A bottle of alcohol in the fridge, as well as some orange juice. I highly recommend this property and will not hesitate to come back!

It's a really pretty house in a quiet village. The owner's couple lives and there is a guest room on the second floor. There was also a separate toilet and shower, so it was comfortable. They picked us up at Vernon Station. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast area was so pretty. It was my first time staying in a French home, and it was as beautiful as I imagined. Friendly hosts and a pretty house in a beautiful village!

Visiting the region we visited Monet's gardens in Giverny and then we went in a quarter of an hour to Le Petit Rû which is a real haven of peace! This outbuilding next to Patricia's house overlooks the very well-maintained garden with its small sunbeds and table (weather permitting) to enjoy and breathe. The beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows also allow you to enjoy the view from the garden from the inside. The bathroom is functional and has everything: shampoo product shower soap cotton swabs micellar water stems etc and a hair dryer The bedding is super comfortable and the decoration is really very pretty Finally Patricia is really very friendly and welcoming, she quickly made us feel comfortable. The breakfast basket was great! dropped off at our door in the morning at the time we had agreed together. A nice place … do not hesitate to book!

A lovely place to stay for our family. The kids loved the cat. We all enjoyed looking at the bright stars at night because there's very little light pollution. It was very clean. The breakfast was amazing including local and home made food. Our hosts looked after us well and were very interesting to talk to. Recommended.

We only stayed overnight but everything was excellent. Hosts were very friendly, the food was delicious and the room was small but very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.

We had a great stay, the place had everything we needed for our one night stay. Franck even offered to install a cod for our little son and Katia was as nice to order some pizza’s to the house for us. Unfortunately it was raining but the garden & outside space is wonderful as well! Breakfast very good and just what you need.

This was more than anything we could have hoped for. The hosts were wonderful, friendly, helpful, and unobtrusive. The accommodations were clean, and had everything we needed. The host left us fresh baked bread and pastries every morning from the bakery in town. We had a great time and would be happy to return.
