Le rez de chaussée se compose d' une cuisine ouverte donnant sur la salle et le salon équipé d'un écran géant. - 1 salle de bain avec 1 grande douche et 1 wc séparé . A l'étage : une chambre avec sa salle de bain et son WC. - Une pièce palière qui donne sur une chambre communicante avec la troisième chambre. La propriété est clôturée. Une piscine privée couverte et chauffée est disponible d' avril à fin octobre inclus.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. In a unique, quiet setting, your little haven of peace, enclosed by walls, invites you to have a good time with family or friends. There are 3 beautiful bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. By the fire or by the pool, enjoy a total change of scenery in nature. The pool is reserved for you and the owners of the premises (occasionally). We are 30 minutes from Rouen, 60 minutes from Deauville and 150 km from the landing beaches.

Cette maison atypique des années 1500, on l’a désirée, transformée, mais tout en gardant son authenticité avec sa façade à colombage, les tomettes rouges dans l’escalier, la hauteur sous plafond au dernier étage … Mais on l’a aussi pensée et créée pour qu’elle vous plaise également. Discover this quiet waterfront outbuilding with a private pool from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can enjoy 30-degree water, deckchairs and an ice maker. The garden is green, peaceful and includes a small pond with fish. A private terrace is reserved for you with a barbecue along the Seine with nice, modern garden furniture. The outbuilding overlooks the garden and the Seine. Beds with linen sheets are provided and towels as well.

Our Suite is part of our property but with an independant entrance. 1 living-room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom. Our visitors will enjoy our large and peacefull garden with an access to river Eure for a pleasant walk, as well as our heated outdoor swimming pool (during summer holidays) Our Suite is located in a small and very quiet village Criquebeuf sur Seine just nearby A13 motorway (3 mn).
