Perfect location. Responsive and helpful hosts! The neighborhood felt safe. We walked everywhere. Good bagel shop around the corner. Parking spot was a plus, and paid public parking just down the street. There is no street parking unless you have a permit. It was a very livable home. The basement setup with two queen beds and two twin beds was perfect for the teens. A few things to share for future guests (I always find helpful): As mentioned, you need to pull the door toward you while entering the code for it to unlock, glad we knew this. Towels are limited and bring napkins and paper towels. The listing does NOT promise these, but wanted to share so you can be prepared. The home could use some small updates and fixes, but nothing that would deter us from renting again. We love to cook but not an issue if eating out - the pots and pans are just okay, and there are no measuring cups. There are plenty of glasses, dishes, and silverware for a large group. Overall experience was great!

The house is very comfortable. It has everything you need. The location is perfect. 5 min from Costco and Walmart. 3 min from Tim Hortons. Host is responsive. The place has a piano. I asked the host to tune the piano, he did it right away. If you need anything, the host makes sure to provide it. Upon my arrival, snacks, coffee and tea were there. Clean, cool and peaceful. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. I’m sure that you will as well. Cheers ✌️

Lovely space, we were 3 sibblings with our families - room for everyone to hang out and spread out. We appreciated the great kitchen and comfy furniture. Beds were comfortable and we were able to have our dogs as well.

My family and I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Andi's place! From the moment we arrived, Andi was incredibly welcoming and accommodating to my large family, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The home was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we could ask for, making it feel just like home. The place was lovely and cozy. You feel right at home with all the amenities in the kitchen, and the flat is well furnished with a lovely deck. The lightening was fantastic. The neighborhood is cozy with local eateries, supermarket and other easy to walk everywhere. So, it is like visiting NYC and stay across the bridge in Brooklyn nicest neighborhood. This gave us the local feel which is important for the full experience. There were enough outlets, tv nice size and it looks exactly as the photos - no hidden surprises but rather gems. Thank you Pierre and yes thank you for the compliment. I leave everything as I rent it. Respect.

We had a wonderful stay at Jenny and Steeve’s home. The architecture, design, and decor all work together so well, and it was especially awesome for some family members that knew of this location as a former dépanneur. The transformation is truly incredible. The comfort of the home is also equally matched with its central location in a neighborhood that has many options. We enjoyed the Mollo bakery down the block, Jamaican food from Boom J’s, steamies and house-made spruce beer at Paul Patates, and pizza from Welldun Pizza in Verdun. An added bonus was the nearby depanneur carrying banana popsicles, which we don’t get out West. Whether we were going downtown, over to LaSalle, or even across to Brossard, the location was very convenient. And to top it off, the patio furniture in the garden gave yet another wonderfully relaxing oasis. It didn’t even seem like we were in the city. Thanks again for letting us share your terrific home!

It was my family and I’s first time in Montreal and we wanted to find a place that felt homey and comfortable, Elena’s house was perfect for us. We felt right at home, it’s a beautiful home and kept in very good condition, and the area is very beautiful. Elena is very kind and was very flexible and understanding of our situation when we needed to extend our stay. The house is a short walking distance from parks, shops, and restaurants it was very convenient and fun for us. It was a pleasure to stay here!

We had a great stay in Montreal at Fredy's apartment. It is spacious, has free street parking, close to many parks and in a great area of the city. Fredy was very responsive and checked-in with us once we arrived, to ensure we had everything we needed. Thanks Fredy!

Maxime’s place was perfect for our stay. It was very convenient- close to the metro, two parks, and a supermarket. It was easy to get downtown to see the sights, and I was glad that I could leave the car parked in one place for the entire trip. The beds were comfortable. Something visitors should know is that there is a deep bathtub. It could be nice for a relaxing bath, but it could be a little tricky for kids or anyone with mobility issues to get in and out of.

We were very happy staying here. The apartment was perfect, with comfortable beds, relaxing living room and roomy kitchen. It also has parking which is great. Overall, it worked well for us.

Spacious, well-equipped apartment on a quiet street. most importantly: snow-cleared parking for our arrival. and condiments available. a small shopping mall very close as well as a metro station 5 minutes' walk away. everything to facilitate our stay.

Great place to have a reset. Feel one with the peace and nature. Beautiful entourage definitely would revisit. The place was impeccable and homey. Enjoyed all the time spent.

Reba’s unit was very clean, and comfortable. The views from this unit were amazing! Lots of restaurants and stores were very walkable from this location. Photos were accurate. I would love to stay again!

Nice place with all the ameneties, super fast wifi. near taschereau blvd so close to stores/restaurants etc.

We’re very thankful to our host for everything he did to make our stay comfortable. He was quick to respond and always so thoughtful. When one of our friends got sick very late at night, he brought us medicine, which we really appreciated. Even on New Year’s Eve, he came over to fix the dishwasher with no hesitation. He also checked in to see how our friend was feeling afterward. Thank you so much for your kindness and support Jean!

Beautiful home with all the amenities! Eric was a great host and very responsive. The home was very comfortable for the 8 of us. Unfortunately we only had a 3 night stay and only got to enjoy the pool for one day due to the weather. But it was very nice with lots of comfortable outdoor furniture and a beautiful backyard setting. The master bedroom was amazing with beautiful soaking bathtub! Highly recommend this property. We had an amazing time staying on the lake in this home. It was kid friendly which is important for us and very relaxing for the parents. The views are hands down the best part. Waking up to the views of the water are an amazing way to start your day. We are considering coming back again in the summer to enjoy the warm months in this cute town.
