The studio has a sleeping area and a kitchen, a private toilet, a shower and a sauna. Rovaniemi city center is 3 km away and the Arctic Circle's Santa Claus Village is 7 km away. Distance to the convenience store 1.5 km, as well as e.g. WNTR Sauna and ice hole experience services 400m. The hosts will help you with your stay. You are most welcome.

Guest house at the Arctic Circle

Located directly on the Arctic Circle with access to the water (Kemijoki), you will stay in the annex of the main house in a 1-room apartment (23 m²) with a private bathroom. The apartment is 12 minutes drive from the airport and 7 minutes from the center. In summer, you can refresh yourself with a jump into the Kemijoki River. A golf course is nearby. In winter, cross-country ski trails and downhill ski slopes are just a few minutes' walk away. The outdoor sauna right by the river can be used for a fee.

Little cabin by forest

Welcome to our brand-new cabin! The cabin is located on the edge of our yard, offering peace and privary eventhough Rovaniemi city center is still only 10 minutes drive away (7 km) and Santa Claus Village, airport and railway station are about 15min drive away (10km). Free parking right next to the cabin. Cross country skiing tracks are about 500m and skiing slopes and golf course are about 4km away. We can accommodate up to 3 people: 2 in double bed/single beds + 1 on a mattress or baby bed.

The bathroom was renovated in the spring of 2025. The fireplace may only be used with the express permission of the host. No smoking indoors. No pets.
