This modern, unique log house was completed in 2020 as a home for a family of five. The living room's high ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows make the living room very bright. The northern lights have also been admired from the sofa in the living room. Natural materials guarantee that it is good to breathe and be in the house. The location is optimal, just over 5 minutes from the center and 15 minutes from the airport/ Santa's village. Getting there by public transport is also possible.

Our home is a new family house on the riverside of the Kemijoki, 12 km from Rovaniemi. The house is in a scenic and spacious yard. We have all modern facilities. The house has automatic heating and air conditioning. Sauna, bathroom, free WIFI, washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction stove/oven, fireplace, etc. We have a large terrace facing the river. There is an open garage with a socket for the winter motor heating. House is excellent for families with children to enjoy different activities.

The house is your host's childhood home. This special destination is close to both the Lordi's Square (15 minutes walk) and Ounasvaara's nature making it easy to plan your visit. Free parking for guests (max 2 cars, no electric car charging!) This house is one of the few houses in Rovaniemi built before the Second World War. Pharmacy and nearest Supermarket are less than 10 minutes' walk away. Ounasvaara's nature and outdoor trails can be reached by walking directly from the yard.
