Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. 15 minutes from Lake Garda, 20 minutes from Verona and Mantua. 5 minutes from one of Italy's most beautiful villages, Borghetto sul Mincio, and from the Sigurtà Park The flat is located in the centre of the village, within an internal courtyard, with reserved parking adjacent. It consists of two levels. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, a large dining room with a sofa and a television, and a study. On the first floor, there is a bathroom and two bedrooms: a double and a single.

Villa Amena is the ideal residence for those who love large, peaceful spaces close to the city: Mantua, a UNESCO World Heritage Site for many years. The beautiful terrace and the surrounding garden allow you to relax in the open air. The interiors are cozy and thoughtful. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, heat pumps, free WI-FI, TV, CD player and mosquito nets . As you may have noticed, there is no washing machine among the available services, but there is a self-service laundry not far away.

A large open space of 300 sqm, obtained from an ancient 18th-century stable that is part of the historic Palazzo Secco Pastore from the second half of the 15th century. Loft with large windows overlooking the porch (300 sqm) and the park enclosed by ancient walls. I furnished it with passion, creating a mix of various eras, thus obtaining an original, welcoming and comfortable style. A space deliberately out of time! Ideal if you love the real Lombard countryside. I've lived here since 1995.

1st Apartment Vacation in the countryside. 2-3 pers

The two apartments on the first floor are completely self contained, kitchen bedroom and bathroom are well equipped with all you need for your stay, ( we do not serve breakfast or provide shower products) we provide towels and bed linen. Both apartments north and south facing have a view of the countryside. The grounds have security cameras and an alarm system. The garden is equipped with tables for your use. We also live on the premisses so any request you may have we are available.

The flat is 2 kilometres from the city centre, which can be reached in 3 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot via a convenient cycle path. The flat has an underground garage.
