This holiday home is almost 70 years old and is located near Rovinj, with a 5 minutes drive from the sea and beaches. You have at disposal almost 8000m2 of countriside. It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. A stone's throw from the coast and close to the quaint towns of Porec, Vrsar, Novigrad and Rovinj is this extremely spacious luxury villa, an architectural masterpiece with breathtaking views of olive groves, a beautiful winery, and the sea. The villa with 8-10 beds is located on the edge of the village of Fuskulin. Luxury and comfort in and outside the villa with: pool, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, barbecue (Ofyr) and just a few km from the beach, as well as from the old town of Porec.

Villa Kameneo -Stonehouse with garden & pool

In 2018 we fell in love with this over 100 year stone house and renovated it in the last years. The house is located in a small village not far from Rovinj and the sea. It has three air-conditioned bedrooms with three double and two single beds. In addition, our guests have two bathrooms and a large kitchen with living and dining area. The 700m2 mediterranean garden has a pool (27m2) and a covered summer kitchen with a grill.

Our holiday home is a unique place very close to the Arena Amphitheater. Located on a side quiet street with a green private oasis full of native plants. Until last season we were renting one smaller part of the house while as of this season in 2024 our home has been renovated and expanded to be bigger and more comfortable. Free WiFI
