Vacation home on its own floor. The apartment is in the beautiful wine village of Weinsheim between Nahetal and Soonwald/Hunsrück. There are many very well-developed cycling and hiking trails in the area. In the house itself, bicycles can be safely and dryly stored. In the village, there is a bakery, an organic farm with direct sales, as well as several wineries. Highly recommended are the Italian restaurant and the associated ice cream parlor.

There are 3 bedrooms, a nice livingroom with kitchen and a cosy fireplace. The house is colorful and artistically designed. Forget your worries in this 160 m² spacious and serene space. The house is located in a district of the spa town of Bad Kreuznach, 5 minutes by car from the city center. Public transportation is a 2-minute walk away For wine lovers, several wineries/wine taverns are within walking distance within minutes. Hiking and cycling tours are a wonderful way to start from here, as the extensive "vineyards" begin only 150 meters from the house.
