the decor is fabulous! the bed was extremely comfortable. the area is perfect. walking distance to lots of shops, bars, eateries, etc. little to no insulation in this particular unit, making surrounding noises heard clearly, but normally i can sleep through anything. keep the bedroom door closed bc it gets quite frigid in the kitchen/dining area. otherwise the place is a perfect stay & i would stay again!

Adorable farm. Enjoyed watching all the life go by—dogs, chickens, hawks, kids getting riding lessons, and of course horses. Comfortable and dark bedroom, lovely porch to sit on. Appreciated the snacks and toiletries.

We enjoyed our stay at Neva's! It was clean and had everything we needed. It was a bit warm upstairs with no AC, night sweaters keep that in mind. We loved how close the home was to local businesses. The street was pretty noisy at night but that was expected with the location.

Ann was a great host. She answered questions fast and was very friendly. The place was just as described and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The running water from the stream could be heard from inside and it was very peaceful. There is only 1 parking spot fyi so be sure to take just one car. The only thing I would change is to have another small lamp in the downstairs (I hate overhead lights). Overall, I would definitely stay here again!
