After several stays at Denis's, I still recommend this accommodation which is very clean and in a good location, very nice owner, I recommend it without so much as a second thought.

Spacious and functional apartment, quiet environment. Close to a convenience store and green spaces. We were able to check in early and check out later, in agreement with Agathe. We will definitely return to this accommodation, if you need to return to Poitiers.

I rented from Mireille to spend my last week of training. It was amazing! The setting, the kindness of Mireille and Bernard, the accommodation and the calm. You will also find a walk along the banks of the sevre, so relaxing! A big thank you to Mireille for the little attention and kindness!

One of the best rental properties we have ever used for all sorts of reasons. Nicola was an excellent host who was always very responsive and helpful. The house is set away from a tiny village in a quiet part of the region but this was perfect for us. Lots of space for our two children to play in. The property has been appointed beautifully. I would not hesitate returning.

We went to Cognac for the Blues Passion festival. The accommodation is ideal, central and close to everything (shops, public garden, restaurants, bakeries...). Ludovic welcomed us in person, very friendly and gave good advice. The accommodation is very convenient, clean, very well equipped, very personal where you feel at home. Excellent bedding. comfort.
