The Baltic Sea house on the natural beach is about 200 m from the most beautiful sandy beach on the island, the Nordstrand. In both apartments you will find two bedrooms, a large living room with an open kitchen, a toilet, as well as a shower room and free Wi-Fi, a high-quality tiled floor with underfloor heating throughout the house. Two residential units can accommodate 4-5 people. They are spread over two floors, with a large garden and a terrace each, as well as two free parking spaces.

Haus Heck, My spot Rügen!

Haus Heck is a row end house of our small holiday resort "Mein Fleckchen Rügen" in a quiet village location close to the water. It has its own entrance via the large terrace. We have let the hedges grow a little higher, so you have the view over the 13,000 sqm plot, but also privacy. The house is divided on the ground floor into a loft-like living, dining and kitchen area, which captivates by historical beamwork and the bathroom/WC. On the upper floor there are the two bedrooms.

If you're looking for nature and tranquillity, then you've come to the right place. Small excursions to Hiddensee, Cape Arkona or just a long walk to the sea and in the evening sitting in the sun on our farm or in winter turning on the tiled stove and enjoying a tea.

The house has 3 bedrooms. The spacious terrace, which offers an outdoor dining area, borders the living area with an integrated kitchen. The house has a TV in the living area as well as in two bedrooms. There are also two bathrooms with a shower and toilet.

The former day laborer's cottage ideally offers space for 2 adults with/without a dog. An extra bed for up to 2 more people in the bedroom is possible. If that's not enough, you can book the neighboring houses for friends and family (4 adults + 2 children & 2 adults + dog). Those looking for peace and relaxation will get their money's worth in this almost untouched coastal section. Experience gentle tourism amidst enchanting landscapes.

Our vacation home has about 110 m² of living space and turns 100 years old this year. It is located in a quiet residential area of Stralsund, yet it is only 5 minutes by bike or car to the historic old town. If you don't mind that a plank of the wooden floor creaks, or a cable has been retrofitted over the years, you are welcome and invited to get to know and enjoy Stralsund, Rügen and the surrounding area.
