For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. The approx. 45 m² apartment, with a small balcony (view of Deutsche-Alleen-Straße), contributes to the enjoyment of the fresh-salt sea air. Lung patients and asthma sufferers have a special profit from the fresh sea air and feel particularly comfortable with us on the Baltic Sea. The apartments in our house are all allergy-friendly.

You can spend time with your loved ones at this family-friendly home. The house, with its three bedrooms, ideally accommodates up to 6 adults and 4 children. Thanks to an extra bed in the gallery upstairs, it would be possible to accommodate 2 more people. Just 300 metres from the holiday home, the beach of the seaside resort of Lubmin offers wonderful relaxation away from the mass tourism. Here your children can play and bathe in the shallow water.

The vacation home with two separate apartments of different sizes is located on a 1000 m² large and separate recreational property in a central location opposite the "Luna Park." The Peenestrom is only about 50 m away (swimming area about 1.6 km).
