Apartment No. 2 (60 m²) in Villa Fernsicht is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. The promenade is only a 2-minute walk away via the private path. The national park and the harbor are also only about a 5-minute walk away. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a large living room. There is a flat screen, Wi-Fi and a small kitchen as well as shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in bad weather. The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, and the harbor is about a 10-minute walk away. From the train station, it takes about 30 minutes to reach us. A bus stop or bike rental is nearby. The parking is right by the house. The tourist tax is 1,50 € / day / adult in the main season, otherwise 1,00 €.
