Charm and calm between lakes and mountains

Calm and nature, guaranteed change of scenery! Les Acacias, cottage** * is located 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from the lakes of Annecy and Bourget and 45 minutes from the ski resorts of Semnoz and Margeriaz. The house is on the side of the mountain, surrounded by greenery and close to hiking trails. The newly renovated 40 m2 apartment with eco-friendly materials is very pleasant and tastefully decorated. The little house on the meadow

Wooden Tinyhouse, everything was handmade, from the structure to the furniture, with lots of reclaimed materials. Charming, sublime views of the mountains, in a field, with a large sofa,desk, large kitchen, bathroom, mezzanine with a bed and net to go to the terrace, on the roof of the house. Nordic bath/jacuzzi not included in the nightly rate. 25 mins from Annecy 20 mins from Aix les Bains 8 mins from the mountain of Cessens with sublime views of Lake Aix

Very nice wooden chalet 50m2,near Annecy

The chalet is perfect for a couple or a family , ideally located between lakes and mountains and only 15 kms or so from Annecy and Aix-Les-Bains. The Bauges Massif offers lots of activities like cross-country and downhill skiing , biking or horse riding ….. You will take the most of a wonderful view on the Semnoz Mountain as well as the peacefulness of the village (Héry-Sur-Alby) , while being really close to the town and all its services.

Nice quiet and comfortable apartment on the first floor of my house in the heart of the countryside, it is ideally located near Annecy and Aix Les Bains, between lakes and mountains. A 30 min drive to the" Revard" and "Semnoz" resorts,two small ski resorts for a family glide. Mrs the professional in order to avoid any inconvenience on arrival, please check that the beds correspond to your needs and state the number of guests at the booking.

A new apartment of about 42m2, arranged by an interior designer. The decoration is neat in a contemporary "Mountain" spirit. The accommodation is comfortable and functional. Private outdoor areas are also available. It is ideal for 2 people. The cottage is located on the heights of Rumilly, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located between the 2 most beautiful lakes in France. Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are only 25 minutes away.
