The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. Small cozy accommodation in my house. With its independent entrance and small separate kitchen, you will be totally autonomous, ideal for a couple or single person (possibility of adding a baby bed for young children). Quiet in the countryside, you can spend a relaxing stay 20 minutes from Annecy and Aix-les-Bains. A bar restaurant is 50 m from the accommodation. A private parking space will ensure parking without any problems.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. At an altitude of 650 m, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Birds of prey and other birds can frequently be seen there, as well as large animals (deer, hinds) depending on the season. The chalet is not suitable for children or babies.
