Up to four people will find sufficient space on 30 m² and with the well-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and fireplace, no wishes should remain unfulfilled. Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

A special highlight is the Finnish sauna in the apartment. The S-Bahn and U-Bahn station Frankfurter Allee is only 200m away from the flat. A shopping center is nearby. Garage for free.

Our vacation bungalows B1 and B2 are located on a large, quiet property on the banks of the Müggelspree. Both are identical in terms of floor plan and amenities and meet above-average standards. They are easily accessible by car and public transport. There are many parking spaces on the premises. Various shops and restaurants are nearby. For relaxation and sports, garden furniture, play equipment, bikes and paddle boats can be used free of charge. And Berlin City is very close!

The flat is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. Our hotel is located in the very north of Berlin, a 15-minute walk to various supermarkets and the S-Bahn [suburban railway], which will take you to Potsdamer Platz in 20 minutes without changing trains or to Alexanderplatz (one change). The house is in a very quiet area, perfect for relaxing after an exciting day in our city. In the garden there is a grill and a small terrace.
