Suite in 19th century property. Carefully decorated for a pleasant stay. Independent access to a 45 m2 bedroom, a living room area and private shower room. No kitchen. Guests can take advantage of the inner courtyard and large green garden with views of horses. Old stones and greenery will seduce you. Villiers-Sous-Grez is a charming little village. Bakery is a 7-min walk away. Supermarkets 10 min., A6 and TER 5 min drive. Ideal for visiting the area.

Welcome to the Gîte des Sources in Rumont, close to the most beautiful climbing sites in the Fontainebleau forest (Larchant, Les 3 Pignons, Buthiers...). You will be seduced by the calm and harmony that reign in our cottage. The natural materials used for the restoration (lime/hemp insulation, wood wool, natural paints, pellet heating...) create a healthy and warm atmosphere. The terrace equipped with a plancha will allow you to have a good time.

Quiet house with garden

We have completely redone this small house close to ours so that every person who enters it feels at home. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. You can eat outside under the shade of the fig tree in the summer. The environment is very quiet and peaceful, 20 km from Fontainebleau and its magnificent forest. An equipped kitchen is at your disposal as well as a private bathroom. Possibility of making two 90 beds instead of a 180 bed.

18th century farm in the heart of the Gâtinais Park (south of Seine-et-Marne). In an old eco-renovated building, in a very quiet little village close to fields, forests, rivers, castles and organic farms. The house has several outdoor spaces and different styles (rustic, modern, Mediterranean). Charging station for electric car, adult electric bike, electric scooter. The pool is salt filtered and heated (mid-March to mid-October).

The farmyard is common to several buildings, including our home, but you have a sunny and private terrace.
