You can find additional parking spaces in the surrounding area. WLAN is available free of charge for the Internet access.

The newly renovated 70 sqm first floor apartment with spacious rooms and a beautiful terrace in a two-family house invites you to relax. The house, surrounded by a large garden, is located on the edge of the forest and is still centrally located in the Rhine-Main area with quick access to the A3 and A66 highways. In a few minutes by car, the airport (17 km) and the cities of Frankfurt (24 km), Wiesbaden (15 km) or Mainz (16 km) with their diverse offerings can be reached.

We renovated our basement apartment in 2020 and refurbished it with a lot of love for detail. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.

The property is located in Dotzheim-Kohlheck, with quick access to the forest. The room with bathroom is about 19 m² and has a workplace with good Wi-Fi connection. The nearest Rewe or bakery with breakfast option can be reached in 10 minutes walk.
