The house has a living area of 130 m² and is suitable for 4 people. It is located in the cross-border National Park Neusiedler See/Hansag. It borders directly on the core zone of the national park. In the distance, the adjacent towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Mörbiisch am See, Rust and Fertörakos. Directly in front of the property, which is more than 2000 m², you will find a fascinating animal world, where the gray cattle and water buffaloes graze directly in front of the property on which the house is located.

Finally arrived - in paradise. We open our home (lower floor) for our guests. Our spacious house in Oslip City is perfectly located for (bike) excursions to Lake Neusiedl as well as to St. Margarethen (opera festival and family park for all ages), Rust and Mörbisch (lake festival) and Eisenstadt. Oslip is a sleepy place, famous for the Csello mill. Centrally located, Oslip offers an oasis of relaxation as well as action and adventure nearby.

Glamping = GLamorous Camping, the new trend: back to nature and simplicity, yet comfortable. Quiet, seclusion, freedom, lake, barbecue, fishing, reading, boating, surfing, sailing, cycling, wine, taverns, Burgenland, pile building. The large, red electric boat has two large batteries and a powerful 800 watt motor. It is a classic Fronius boat that would normally cost 70 EUR/day to rent at the port. The overnight price includes the boat.

In 2025, I completely renovated another apartment. AVA 3 is 60 m² and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Premises: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower (1.20 m x 1 m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. All rooms are equipped with central heating. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished. Relax in this special and quiet place to stay.

Welcome to the beautiful Seewinkel! I am BALU - a tiny house of about 30 m², built from natural materials and lovingly furnished. Sustainability is very important to me, because my electricity comes from the sun and my organic separation toilet saves a lot of water. When it gets cooler, my wood pellet stove creates a special atmosphere. My huge terrace invites you to relax and there is also a lot to discover in the garden.

Welcome to our reed hut, right on Lake Neusiedl. The reed chalet is located in the middle of the reed belt above the water. A larch wood path leads to the fully equipped chalet, which is built on a large larch wood platform above the water in the reed bed on Lake Neusiedl. On the front side, you can directly enter the natural pool (0.5 m) and take the small rowing boat across the canal to the lake.

You will be staying about 500 m from the Familypark and about 500 m from the Roman quarry with the open-air stage. Rust am Neusiedlersee is about 3 km from the apartment. The 55 m² apartment is located in St. Margarethen (Berg) on Lake Neusiedl and is surrounded by vineyards and bike paths.
