The "La Chabotine" apartment is a newly renovated 2-room apartment on the second floor of a small 2-story building, very functional and equipped down to the smallest detail. Separate and insulated bedroom with shutters for better sleeping comfort, not to mention the king size bed with its super memory foam mattress. Ideally located, with all amenities nearby and free parking in front of the building. Self check-in possible for maximum flexibility.

Appart Hotel Cosy in a small residence , very quiet street. Located 7 minutes on foot from the Place de La Brèche, and 9 minutes on foot from the train station. The INKERMANN hospital and polyclinic are within a 16-minute walk. Place de la Brèche, you can enjoy the Jardins de la Brèche, very pleasant exteriors, with below the Esplanade and its many cafes. This is also the departure point for the free buses of the agglomeration.

New and furnished studio: " le p'tit cozy" in Niort.

Small studio (18 m2), rated 2 stars, brand new (homestay). Furnished in the back part of my house , its private entrance is roadside, through the garden, with a lockbox. Its terrace is independent , so we don't have to meet . There is just a connecting door with my living room (of course locked) . It is located in a brand new subdivision (the little vineyard) in Niort, Cholette district.
