Holiday rentals with breakfast in Niort

Very good stay with Paulette who is a very welcoming and friendly host. The setting is very pleasant and peaceful peaceful. Ideal for recharging and relaxing. Breakfasts were very appreciated. The icing on the cake is the pool! Perfect for a family environment.

We had a great time in a well equipped, pleasant, comfortable, quiet and very well suited for families with dogs (large and perfectly enclosed grounds). We were very well received by our hosts, always available and good advice for walks nearby. Great weekend with the family.

Thank you Camille for your welcome. The cottage has a crazy charm and it is very spacious (one bathroom per room is really a plus)! Full of little touches: the beds made, the buns and fruit juices for breakfast, the fireplace lit... We love animals and were very happy to be able to pet the cat waiting outside our door...! We will not hesitate to recommend this cottage to our loved ones.

A beautiful house very well furnished and equipped. A responsive host. Only small downside: the house is far from the essential shops for taking the car even to pick up the bread and the road that passes right in front of the house and is quite noisy in the early morning. This house is a gem! We went there for a family party, our only regret was not being able to enjoy this beautiful house anymore... We hope to be able to come back!

We had chosen this cottage, for an enjoyable weekend with friends (and girlfriends). The welcome was absolutely warm. Janique and Christophe are kind and adorable who are unanimous with our small group of 8 rockers (and rockers)! As for the cottage, if you are looking for tranquility and calm, "La Part des Anges" will delight you! Outside the space is not lacking (with shaded areas). Inside we had a great living room, a well equipped kitchen, a large bathroom and especially 4 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, 2 of which have a shower room. It's clean and well arranged and if you like reading you may find some nuggets… In addition, with nearly 28°, we enjoyed the freshness of this old home. Breakfast delighted us with a good coffee, tasty jams, pure orange juice and homemade bread. Thanks again Janique and Christophe for this delicious but way too short stay.

We had a great weekend at the L’Authentique cottage with our group of friends/family. The place is simply of high quality (materials, bedding, bathroom, living room, etc.). Étienne and Andrea are attentive and very responsive when we had questions. They were also very accommodating on our check in and check out time. I highly recommend and will not hesitate to return at our next gatherings with friends/family.

Ideal apartment for a short trip to Niort: good location, convenient, clean, comfortable.

Airbnb ideal and well located for strolling in Rochefort as well as Royan and La Rochelle. tt was as described. very good communication with Isabelle.

If I could add a few things, 2 more large towels would be nice. Otherwise, no complaints. Everything was beautiful, superbly done and above all well thought out. Thanks for this nice place.

This is by far the best place I’ve stayed at during my travels in France. If you are passing Marans for Velofrancette consider staying with Francois, his place is impecable, there is plenty of room for bikes, breakfast is so generous and the rooms are great. It also is walking distance from shops and restaurants (booking recommended!). I would love to come back and stay in his place for longer. It’s such a chill setup. I love it!

Monsieur Claude is a pleasant and very welcoming person. He gives good tips on the surroundings of - La Rochelle. As what to see and do, about the history but also about where you can park the car (for free) in the port of La Rochelle. I was curious about his home made strawberry jams, (I saw at one of the reviews)… they hadn't said a word too much. Best jam ever. I was passing through so for only one night but this is a great house for a family(s) who want to stay near La Rochelle in a spacious, nice house! Merci monsieur Claude!!

We had a great time discovering the area we didn't know. Katia is a cheerful host, always smiling, who has great recommendations for activities and restaurants, and who prepares delicious breakfasts!
