Zur Anlage gehören ein Grillplatz sowie ein Spielplatz welche von den Gästen genutzt werden dürfen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt für Gäste ausgerichtet, die sich ein paar Tage/Wochen in den Bergen nach Luxus, Aktivität und Erholung sehnen.

No bunk beds! 4 bedrooms sleep 8 with 3 bathrooms, offering space and privacy. 14 min drive to Lenzerheide for excellent hiking, biking and skiing. 5 min walk to train. Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

The beautiful view of the mountains and the fantastic moods of nature quickly allow you to arrive in the getaway. The apartment is suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 toddlers up to school age.

Cozy apartment in a great location!

Relax with the whole family or your friends at this peaceful place to stay in Valbella (Lenzerheide). The stop for the sports bus can be reached within a minute. This takes you to the lake, to various ski areas on the Lenzerheide or to go sledding. The grocery store is very close by. The lake and a ski lift (Valbella village) can also be reached on foot, as they are so close. Also suitable for bikers as it is not far from the Rothornbahn.

Haus Albula

In a house surrounded by water sources, the Albula River, the golf course, the viaducts, is her cozy three-room apartment with a large garden. The Lenzerheide, Davos, Bergün and Savognin ski resorts are quickly accessible (15-20 min.). It is possible to get fresh salad, herbs and vegetables (for a fee) in summer. The apartment is on the second floor and offers direct views of the passing RHB trains as well as a waterfall and golf course

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Sunny apartment with nice views. Children and compatible pets welcome. 4 bedrooms, a living room with balcony, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub/toilet. On our terrace there is an outdoor hot tub for 5 people available free of charge. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. To get there, you have to climb a few exterior stairs. Enjoy undisturbed relaxation with stunning views!

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.
