Ένα όμορφο και ξεχωριστό πέτρινο σπίτι φτιαγμένο με μεράκι πολύ αγάπη εξ ολοκλήρου από τα θεμέλια με φυσικά υλικά όπως πέτρα και ξύλο.Βρίσκεται σε καταπράσινη περιοχή έξω από το χωριό της Νεροτριβιάς με απεριόριστη και ανεμπόδιστη θέα τον Ευβοϊκό κόλπο και το όρος Καντηλιο ιδανικό για στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας.Επίσης στο ίδιο κτήμα δημιουργήσαμε αλλα δυο πέτρινα σπιτια με πισίνα και απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα ίδιας φιλοσοφίας τα οποία διαχωρίζονται με πέτρινο τοιχο για απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα.

Welcome to our beautiful traditional house in the coastal village of Platana, on the island of Evia. The house features three bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a sofa-bed, kitchen and bathrooms. The terrace overlooks the Aegean sea. The house is situated inside the village, close to restaurants and super markets, as well as the beach. The surrounding area offers ample opportunities for hiking, swimming, climbing, or just relaxing. The price inludes tax (2€ Nov-Mar, 8€ Apr-Oct)

H Πετροθέα είναι διώροφη κατοικία 100τ.μ. στο χωριό Βρύση Εύβοιας, με θέα τα πανέμορφα βράχια της Κούπα/Μπουγάζι και το εκκλησάκι της Δραγονέρας. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο μιας περιοχής με δυνατότητες για πολλές εξορμήσεις και δραστηριότητες στη φύση. Αποτελείται από 2 υπνοδωμάτια, ενιαίο σαλόνι-κουζίνα, 2 μπάνια και βεράντες. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, smart TV, WiFi, σόμπα Pellet και air conditions για το χειμώνα, καθώς και air conditions για το καλοκαίρι. Φιλοξενεί άνετα 6 άτομα.

Vous tomberez amoureux en vous reveillant vue sur la mer. Lit en 140x190. ventilateur. lumière de couleurs. Coin douche(Eau froide)et eau chaude a 30 metres. Et aussi une superbe douche extérieur et toilette extérieur.

The house is located in the small Aegean village of Agii Apostoli, in Evia, just 120 km from Athens by car — no ferry needed. It is built in a panoramic position above the sea, overlooking the Aegean and the coastline. At the same time, it is only a 2-minute walk from the center of the village and the nearby crystal-clear, turquoise beaches. The house is 50 m² and features a private 36 m² stone-paved courtyard where you can enjoy the sea and the horizon.

Guest house with a great view

The guest house is part of our house with an independent entrance in a quiet and green location. It is on 2 floors and consists of a large space with a bedroom and kitchen, bathroom, office, attic and 2 terraces with a wonderful view. We are painters-hagiographers and we love crafts and nature. 20-minute drive to the sea. Close to supermarket, taverns, cafes. At 300 m KTEL stop. For longer stays we change sheets, towels and clean free of charge

Traditional stone, wood and a lot of love make up the modest, but comfortable space of the accommodation. Castello Valla is a unique proposal to experience mountain tourism (800m altitude), the wonderful view and at the same time enjoy the clear blue waters of the Aegean Sea (distance 4km). It is an occasion for an escape from everyday life and a short respite in the beautiful nature and the peaceful life of a traditional Greek village.

Our apartment is a quiet and cozy ground-floor home in Agioi Apostoloi, Evia. It’s 82 sq.m. with a fireplace, heating, and A/C. It hosts 5–6 guests with 2 double-bed bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with sofa bed and crib (upon request), and 1 bathroom. It has a large yard and private parking. Just 2 minutes by car from the sea and village center—ideal for year-round relaxation!

Traditional stone-built house in the village of Androniani, Kymi, Evia. The village has taverns, a cafeteria, a bakery, a mini market, etc. It has amazing mountain and sea views. It is 6 km from Kymi and 4 km from the beaches of Kymi and Platana. The area is suitable for hiking in wonderful landscapes such as Neraidolimni and Santa's Mill, among green paths and rivers.
