Ο ξενώνας είναι τμήμα της οικίας μας με ανεξάρτητη είσοδο σε ήσυχη και καταπράσινη τοποθεσία.Είναι σε 2 ορόφους και αποτελείται από ένα μεγάλο χώρο με κρεβατοκάμαρα και κουζίνα, μπάνιο, γραφείο, σοφίτα και 2 βεράντες με υπέροχη θέα. Είμαστε ζωγράφοι-αγιογράφοι και αγαπάμε την χειροτεχνία και την φύση. Σε 20 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο επιλογές για θάλασσα. Κοντά σε supermarket, ταβέρνες, καφέ.Στα 300 μ. στάση ΚΤΕΛ. Για μεγαλύτερες διαμονές αλλάζουμε σεντόνια, πετσέτες και καθαρίζουμε χωρίς χρέωση.

Traditional house near the sea

Welcome to our beautiful traditional house in the coastal village of Platana, on the island of Evia. The house features three bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a sofa-bed, kitchen and bathrooms. The terrace overlooks the Aegean sea. The house is situated inside the village, close to restaurants and super markets, as well as the beach. The surrounding area offers ample opportunities for hiking, swimming, climbing, or just relaxing. The price inludes tax (2€ Nov-Mar, 8€ Apr-Oct)

H Πετροθέα είναι διώροφη κατοικία 100τ.μ. στο χωριό Βρύση Εύβοιας, με θέα τα πανέμορφα βράχια της Κούπα/Μπουγάζι και το εκκλησάκι της Δραγονέρας. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο μιας περιοχής με δυνατότητες για πολλές εξορμήσεις και δραστηριότητες στη φύση. Αποτελείται από 2 υπνοδωμάτια, ενιαίο σαλόνι-κουζίνα, 2 μπάνια και βεράντες. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, smart TV, WiFi, σόμπα Pellet και air conditions για το χειμώνα, καθώς και air conditions για το καλοκαίρι. Φιλοξενεί άνετα 6 άτομα.

Διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια και ενα μπάνιο και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 5 άτομα. Έχει αυτόνομη θέρμανση με πετρέλαιο και ενεργειακό τζάκι για το χειμώνα και μια ευρύχωρη αυλή με μπάρμπεκιου για το καλοκαίρι. Οι καταπληκτικές παραλίες Μουρτερή, Μαρκούρι, Καλάμι κ.α βρίσκονται μόλις 6 χλμ μακριά. Όλη η περιοχή είναι ιδανική για εξορμήσεις και διακοπές όλο το χρόνο!

Our apartment is a quiet and cozy ground-floor home in Agioi Apostoloi, Evia. It’s 82 sq.m. with a fireplace, heating, and A/C. It hosts 5–6 guests with 2 double-bed bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with sofa bed and crib (upon request), and 1 bathroom. It has a large yard and private parking. Just 2 minutes by car from the sea and village center—ideal for year-round relaxation!
