Petrothea is a two-storey house of 100sq.m. in the village of Vrisi, Evia, overlooking the beautiful rocks of Koupa/Bougazi and the chapel of Dragonera. It is located in the center of an area with possibilities for many excursions and activities in nature. It consists of 2 bedrooms, an open plan living room-kitchen, 2 bathrooms and terraces. The house is fully equipped, smart TV, WiFi, Pellet stove and air conditioners for the winter, as well as air conditioners for the summer. It comfortably accommodates 6 people.

The guest house is part of our house with a separate entrance in a quiet and green location. It is on 2 floors and consists of a large space with a bedroom and a kitchen, a bathroom, a study, an attic and 2 balconies with a wonderful view. We are painters-hagiographers and we love handicrafts and nature. There are options for the sea 20 minutes away by car. Close to a supermarket, tavernas and cafes. There is a bus stop 300 m away. For longer stays, we change sheets and towels and clean free of charge.

The house is located in a wild fir forest. There is no mobile phone signal except in specific places and at the top of the mountain. It is addressed to people who love nature and the wild. The use of a "high" car or 4x4 is required as the road is quite difficult especially during the winter months. The use of fire, the use of a wood stove as well as the use of a gas stove must be within the basic skills of the visitor.

Comfortable cottage, between Kymi and Aliveri, 4 km from Avlonari, renovated in 2020 with two large bedrooms, a double bed each, a bathroom with shower, living room and kitchen with dining area! Very large verandas in front and back. 400 square meters of garden with children's trampoline, basketball, pony (space for children to play). There is also a parking space next to the garden.
