This renovated classic architecture home features an open-plan layout, 8 foot ceilings, a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen, a quiet office, plush furniture, and rustic finishes. The suite is approximately 800 sq ft giving you room to spread out. Enjoy luxurious amenities such as down comforters, memory foam toppers, and heated floors. An outdoor patio with chairs and side table, full sized washer and dryer and off street parking spot have been recently added to this listing. This open concept, high ceiling and beautifully furnished king apt+ office is a true home away from home. Located in Tangletown which is in the middle of both Wallingford & Green Lake makes walking to many local amenities a snap. From May through September there is a farmer's market in the park (Meridian Park) just 1 block away on Wed afternoons. Enjoy your own private apartment including: full kitchen, separate office and space to put clothes away with full length mirror, 3/4 bath with lots of overnight supplies, a sofa bed with bedding, Queen Aerobed with bedding, games, books, bedside lamps with chargers, HD computer enabled TV, which turns toward dining area, living room or bedroom and wireless internet. We live in the upper level of this home. We are happy to answer any questions you might have, but respect your privacy so will follow your lead. Tangletown is one of Seattle's very favorite neighborhoods, and this particular block is super quiet (no freeway noise) and convenient for walking places (top of the hill). It is just blocks from Green Lake, Seattle's Central Park, and walkable to so many wonderful restaurants, coffee joints and pubs. People love living here because of the easy access to downtown Seattle and very central location. This home is located on a major bus line which takes you right downtown; easy transfer to UW or Ballard. Ubers are plentiful. Walkscore is amazing, easy walk to many, many fabulous restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. People love this location in Seattle as it is so accessible and central, plus it has a very friendly vibe. No smoking and no pets are firm rules. Quiet hours M - F 10:30 pm. Sat & Sun 11:30 p,m. No large parties please. Plenty of free parking available on street. Keyless entry.

Walk to Leafy Parks in Montlake - with A/C

Rest a mug on the reclaimed wood coffee table and snuggle up on the comfy corner sofa in this prime city neighborhood, next to lively Capitol Hill. Here, crisp white decor, clean lines, and cool marble contrast with rustic bricks and hardwood floors. The apartment is in the brighter half of the lower level of our home, occupied by 2 adults and a 3 year-old toddler. Prior to booking, make sure that you are okay with occasional noise coming from the other side of the basement where our family room is located or upstairs in the main floor of the house. Our guests are able to access the entire unit, including private bedroom & bathroom, living room and use our driveway as free parking on premises, as long as they have a compact car that doesn't block the driveway of our neighbors. We are pretty flexible when it comes to guest interaction -- we communicate as little or as much as our guests like and feel comfortable. We respect guests from all cultural and religious background. We've invited guests for gatherings in our place in the past and they've all appreciated to socialize with us and our group of friends. The apartment is close to Montlake Blvd Market, and the University of Washington and the UW light rail station are just a short walk away. Some local cafes and restaurants, like Little Lago and Cafe Lago, are also within walking distance. There is free street parking in front of the house. Compact cars can park in the driveway in front of the apartment. UW light rail station is a 0.8 mile walk away via the Montlake play field park shortcut. The light rail brings you to downtown in 6 minutes (only 2 stations), the stadiums in 15 minutes (6 stops), and the SeaTac airport in 45 minutes (14 stations). If you are traveling on a budget, Uber/Lyft are great alternatives to get to close by neighborhoods like Capitol Hill, East Lake Union, Downtown, Bell Town, Queen Anne, or upscale University Village.

Wonderful top floor near everything! This private and charming apartment is just west of a large wooded park, the zoo, and a large lake with bike and walking trails and boat rental. Just to the North are several blocks of shops, pubs and restaurants.
