Designed as a space of respite for our visiting friends and family, every aspect of care for this unit is handled by us. We're not a boutique hotel, and we don't own a dozen other units. We just love hosting, and we hope you'll feel that through our offerings - an exceptionally private, clean, and comfortable unit with a variety of little extras to make you feel at home.

Fully private lower-level 2BR ADU in walkable Ravenna with its own entrance and no shared interior spaces. Enjoy AC, fast fiber WiFi, a dedicated workspace, full kitchen (w/ snacks), in-unit washer/dryer, and a 65” Smart TV with all the streaming apps. Walk to cafés, parks, and transit, with downtown Seattle ~20 minutes away. Shared outdoor space with smoker, grill, and fire pit. Professionally cleaned before every stay. Some household noise is possible with another apt above; earplugs provided.

This cozy 650 sq ft Pacific Northwest cottage is set in the garden away from the street .Shade & sun. It is a complete home. Eclectic decor includes antique bathroom, claw foot tub with optional shower, an open kitchen you can really cook in, coffee nook & a dinning room area, full living room, bedroom, closets etc. Private drive & parking. The bus stops in front. Neighborhood has lots of trees, views of snow capped mountains, short drives to beaches, international restaurants. 12 mi to Seattle.

Stadiums and Space Needle are a short 5 minute or a pleasant walk! Ferry Access and public transportation both close by. Great restaurants and shops just steps away. I can park 1 car free! Dog park on site! It’s truly an amazing location to see Seattle with convenience and joy!

We use CDC guidelines as close as possible & leave 48+ hours between guests for your/our safety. Enjoy our secluded park like setting, comfy bed, sauna, homemade bread/jam, huge cedar trees, sitting areas, golf chipping, horseshoes (seasonal). Close to SEA via ferry ride from Bainbridge Is. (30 min. drive) or 10 min. to Kingston ferries (walk-on or car). Near beach, golf (White Horse GC) & miles of hiking/biking trails, close to shopping & restaurants. Good for couples/singles.
