Apartamento con 2 dormitorio, cocina y salón. Tiene 2 dormitorios, uno decorado en colores verdes como los olivos que rodean Vilafamés y otro con colores rojizos como el rodeno con el que está hecho el pueblo. En una de las habitaciones se puede observar la piedra sobre la que esta construido el pueblo y que fue escavada para la edificación del antiguo palacio. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño con ducha de acceso ditecto. Cuenta con cocina completamente equipada, comedor y salon. El sofá se puede convertir en cama doble lo que permite que se alojen hasta un máximo de 6 personas. Cada habitación cuenta con una estufa de pellet que ofrece el calor de la llama en los días de invierno y un ventilador para los días de verano. También dispone de SmartTV de 50″.
