In the heart of Deux-Sèvres, we are located at the gates of the Poitevin marsh, 45 minutes from La Rochelle and 1 hour from the Vendée beaches. The house has 4 large bedrooms, and 2 rooms with sofa beds, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a large kitchen with fireplace that can accommodate a large table. The wooded garden is in several parts with an above-ground pool 4.6 m in diameter and a large terrace.

The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.
