Les Vignes - 2 bedroom gite with a small vine covered patio area with garden furniture & a charcoal BBQ. You enter into the open plan kitchen, lounge, diner with exposed stone walls and log burner. On the first floor are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom as well as a bathroom with a shower. Full of rustic character and recently refreshed and furnished with luxury in mind. Come and relax in a typical country house in the countryside, at the end of a small cul-de-sac. 10 min from shops (Super U, bakery, etc.). The cottage is located in Caunay in the south of Deux-Sèvres, with quick access to the N10: - Futuroscope (45 minutes) - Marais Poitevin (1 hour) - Angoulême (45 min) - La Rochelle (1.5 hours) As well as many walks and tours (parks, castles, etc.)

Chez Sarah - Charentais Gîte

Located in a small green setting, between forests, corn fields and hops, the gîte is an excellent base for visiting the Charente and its surroundings. The gîte is of traditional Charentais construction: a farmhouse with a small courtyard, surrounded by stone walls. Inside, a traditional fireplace, wooden beams and handcrafted demoiselles complete this rustic set to create a warm atmosphere.

Our beautifully renovated two bedroomed gite with private 8m x 4m pool is situated in the heart of the French countryside. It is located in a small hamlet but is within easy reach of the lovely market towns of Melle, Sauze Vaussais and Chef Boutonne with all the amenities: Supermarkets, boulangeries, pharmacies, bars and restaurants and weekly markets.
