Our lovely farmhouse is minutes from Lake Lemon, Griffey Lake, Indiana University & many spots in Bloomington. Conveniently not far from I-69, we're 20 minutes away from Nashville. This is a basement apartment with private bedroom, private bathroom, large living/dining area, & kitchenette. Shared front door & ~10 steps inside main floor. The ranch is 50+ acres with 8+ acres of woods for hiking, pastures with cattle, a heated pool & patio area, & a beautiful front porch looking over the ranch.

We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70. We clean thoroughly by the highest standards. This is a beautiful historic home. Hardwood floors throughout. Lg rooms with lots of light. There is much to see blocks away. Visitor’s Center and the Library across the street. Just 25 minutes away from Nashville, IN, and 50 minutes from Downtown Indy. We provide all the amenities you need, including a fully equipped kitchen. Coffee Maker and Keurig. Even a blender. There is an electric fireplace and a relaxing enclosed porch.
