A local grocery store and award-winning bakery are less than 50 metres from the house (+ pharmacy + bank)

Here, everything is provided for your comfort: a studio with a sofa bed with high-end bedding, fully equipped kitchen and practical office area. With its private entrance, its location close to the center, amenities and a 9-minute walk from the train station, this cozy and complete accommodation is ready to welcome you! Beautiful walks in the countryside and surrounding forests, hiking and mountain biking. We live in the second independent house at the back of the property.

Less than a minute's walk from the train station and the forest, you can do everything without a car: reach the castle, the Grandes Écuries, the racecourse, restaurants, the cinema, the market... and even the first pub, which is less than three minutes away.

The gite of the auge was converted into an old barn/barn built around 1830. The building, renovated by us, has character, combining rusticity by its auge, its beams of the forest of Retz and its size stones of Bonneuil-en-Valois, modernity by the combination of glass and industrial steel.
