Tiffany is a great host. But rent a car! It’s a must. Also if you aren’t an early riser expect that the kids will be up and outside your door getting ready for school. Everything else was fabulous. The room was great and Tiffany provided everything and more we could ask for. Definitely a great deal. And the heated pool in the community center is fabulous!

Tiffany has a great space and offers good privacy and shared space, if desired. The amenities included a master suite, access to the neighborhood heated pool and spa, and tons of snacks and beverages right In our room! It’s is located in a residential area which made for nice evening walks. We hope to go back there next year.

Tiffany was a fantastic host! The room was clean, larger than expected, and had a mini fridge full of snacks and drinks for us to enjoy. We came to Florida to go to Captiva, and this place worked out great for us.

My husband and I were looking for an affordable place to stay in Fort Myers and this was perfect! It’s a less than 30 min drive to so many things in the area (beach, downtown, Sanibel island, nature preserves) and in a safe neighborhood with great amenities (the community pool/hot tub was awesome!). Tiffany’s hospitality was top notch, including a mini fridge with snacks and drinks! Great value and recommend it to visitors!

Our stay at Tiffany's was phenomenal! She was such a genuine and kind host and the room had a lot of thoughtful touches. The bed was SUPER comfy. Location was great! We were in town for a conference at Hertz Arena and were able to easily explore the surrounding areas (Fort Myers Beach, Downtown, Cape Coral) all mostly within about 20 minutes? Overall a great and highly recommended stay

Egle’s bright, contemporary room is just as described. Comfy bed, clean quarters, private entrance, and nice to have a fridge and microwave. It is in a very nice residential neighborhood, with huge resort-like pool for you to enjoy. Egle made sure I had all I needed to feel settled in and was responsive in every way. Thank you, Egle, for such a nice space!

Great Place!

The best B&B we have ever stayed in and would return without a doubt. Donna is just terrific and very helpful. We hope to see her again next year!!

This apartment was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Donna has added so many special touches. Loved spending time on the screened porch.

Donna is a wonderful host and has a wonderful , sparkling clean apt. Lots of room and the kitchen was well stocked. Comfortable bed and lots of bathroom supplies. Would not think twice of staying here on our next trip to Florida.

One of our best places in our Florida trip. Beautiful place, nice veranda next to the river, clean and well furnished (bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, shower was great) . All the small details like the beach accessories and the recommendations we got made it to a perfect stay on Christmas for us.

The home, the facilities and surroundings are just beautiful. Everything is so clean and the home has everything needed for longer stays. Donna and her husband have been the perfect hosts; warm, kindhearted and just the most wonderful people we have come across.

I bought this trip for my son, he desperately needed a break.. Donna was very accommodating, He arrived early and was able to check in early at N/C... That was huge for him... Jeremy really enjoyed his trip and, loved her location and the hospitality.. I highly recommend her place to anyone looking. He will definitely be back!

Great place to stay for your Fort Myers/Sanibel trip! Everything was close by, and it was the perfect place for traveling with an infant. They had a crib set up and my son loved playing with the toys that they had. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was spotless and included many thoughtful touches such as breakfast goodies and the use of many beach items. The location was minutes from a great beach as well as in a perfect spot to easily visit Sanibel. Communication was great and check in/check out was super easy.

Anna and George provide a lovely accommodation well supplied with beach supplies, bikes and even food in the fridge. Truly welcoming hosts.

A great spot! Easily could accommodate a whole family. Bikes to ride to the beach. My boyfriend and I couldn’t have been happier with the location and breakfast provided. I felt safe and everything from check in to check out went smoothly!

Wonderful house to spend a comfortable vacation in Fort Myers. The beach and Sanibel Island are very close by and we enjoyed the beach chairs that are offered by Anna and George. The fridge was fully stocked with food for us - perfect! Highly recommended!!

It was our third year in a row that we rented Anna's house and it is a must for us. Located near Sanibel and Captiva islands, few minutes from Factory Outlets and Publix Supermarket, a very clean and quiet place, low cost… asking no more! Be back next year for sure Nicole & Sylvio

Accommodations were exactly what we were expected. Location was perfect for the day trips we had planned. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely go back!

We where three adults on a business trip and stayed only one night. The house is very cosy, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The communication was very easy. We enjoyed our visit. I would definitely recommend.

The house is on a quiet park, close to the road to Sanibel. We were with 2 young children and stayed 2 days. There were lots of extra amenities. Sanibel beaches are great! The house is small but yet there were enough rooms for us. Highly recommended!

Nice lil place! I used it as a recovery room after my surgery and had no problems! The cats were super cute.

Rae and her kitty co-hosts are the best! Very welcoming and friendly and Rea was very quick to respond to any questions I sent. My stay was absolutly perfect and the rainshower was amazing.

Rae is a spectacular host! She is accommodating and friendly! i highly recommend staying at her place. Her place is a very short drive to the Sanibel causeway, my main purpose for going to this area. Looking for just a room don't hesitate to stay at her spot.

Rae was a very precise and efficient host, she gave me all the information for self checking in and was flexible in my need of anticipate. I've stayed only one night, the room and the bed are comfortable, the bathroom has a wow shower. I was travelling solo and without the car, the house is easily accessible with the public transportation, both to The Fort Meyer bus station and other destination. The area is totally safe, it's plenty of restaurants all around. In the house live also two very nice cats! Thanks once more Rae!

She has hospitality down to a science while being very friendly and personable at the same time. Very clean place, great shower, and the two friendliest cats you'll ever meet.

The place is a lot better than what it looks like. It’s a true 2 bedroom/2 bath right on the lake. It’s in a gated neighborhood and the amenities of this place is great. You’re right next to the pool and the place has everything you need. I definitely recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our long weekend stay in Ft Myers for a conference held at Hertz Arena . The home was perfect, pretty and had everything we needed. Close by to Shopping and restaurants. Juan Pablo and Ana have a beautiful home and the location is PERFECT! Close to just about anything you need. The house was super clean and modern. My kids loved the lake, nothing like waking up in the morning and going outside to sit and watch nature go by (all kind of flying friends) 😊 We arrived very late due that we were driving from NJ but they were quick on responding and being up to date on our location to be sure and be ready to have us check in. They were extremely kind and helpful and even greeted us with a Christmas gift! Thank you Juan Pablo and Ana!

Very nice house in a very relaxing environment. We were amazed at the size of the accommodation. We occupied the whole floor of the house with a huge terrace and a jaccuzi.

Convenient, quiet location. The house was very nice and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. There were many thoughtful touches that we hadn't expected - travel coffee mug, insulated food bag, beach towels, cooking items like olive oil, ground pepper, etc. The hot tub had a view of beautiful bougainvillea flowers. The house felt like home. We had a wonderful vacation.

The place and the persons seem to good to be true but they are all that and more.

Great time there....being on the second level made it feel like your in a forest....well furnished..comfortable bed and good lighting to do my office work. Close to the beach and stores. A nice change from being on Estero Blvd.!

Beautiful space, very clean. Good location. Daniel was very helpful, met us at check-in to tour the property and orient us. Definitely recommend!

The house is divided into two units, we lived in the upper one. On the balcony there is a hot tube (jacuzzi), which we were happy to use. There is a lot of space in the apartment, you will find everything for a pleasant holiday. Daniel is a very nice host with whom you communicate everything before the trip, The accommodation is a little out of the way, but romantic and you are motorized in Florida anyway.

Daniel is a top notch superb host, personable & welcoming. The entire home is so nicely appointed, it’s like being home. The location of the property is excellent, close to everything we needed and wanted. We hope to return to the area soon & be lucky enough to get an opening to book here. Best Air B&B stay we’ve had!

Great host with a beautiful home!

Edwin is a very responsive host who will respond quickly to your messages, we did not have the honor to meet him. Its accommodation is ideally located and is divided into 2 rooms A and B for its Airbnb guests. So we share the shower and the equipment like the kitchen or the washing machine. A quiet place in a landscaped area. A good address near Sanibel

The price is right and the home is very nice and clean. Overall a great stay

Edwin's house is wonderful- well situated close to beaches, quiet, close to the supermarket and restaurants, and easily accessible. Parking is off-street and easy. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was great and had some basics stocked. Edwin was readily available when there was a minor issue with the cable TV and he resolved it quickly. The only FYI is the walls are thin. There was another guest there though we barely saw one another-sharing the bathroom worked well. I would've liked to meet Edwin and thank him for his hospitality in person!

Very modern and clean. Loved everything about Edwin’s place. The bed and sheets were very comfortable. It’s clear that Edwin goes to great lengths to make this a great AirBNB.

Edwin and Levi's place was better than our expectations! the check-in process is easy and we also had the opportunity to meet Levi, who made sure the house was set up for our arrival. We stayed in one of the 2 rooms (they don't live there), and the whole house was kept very clean. There is a maid that visits every time someone checks in/out, and we could also use the washer/dryer if wanted. Apart from a well stocked kitchen, our favourite part of the house was a kind of patio at the back perfect for relaxing and couple of beach chairs we could take to the beach if we wanted. Edwin is very quick in responding and help smooth out any issues a guest may face. We definitely plan on staying here the next time we visit Fort Myers!

Edwin was very quick in responding to my questions. His place was excellent in location to Sanibel and shelling. It was centrally located to the Ft. Myers attractions and had everything you needed in the kitchen. The place was quiet and the bed was super comfortable, and I usually don’t sleep well in other beds so that says a lot about how comfortable it is. Thanks for a great stay in Ft. Myers!

Gillian’s “little bit of paradise” was just that. Her home had everything you needed and the community was very welcoming. Location was perfect for us with local restaurants, bars, shopping and short distance to Fort Myers Beach (trolley stop close by) and Sanibel.

This place is great. The host is very attentive to guests needs. The room with private bath was exactly what I needed. I had my privacy, and also as much interaction as I wanted. Anthony genuinely likes meeting new people and helping them get their needs met. I loved seeing the backyard food forest and enjoyed the honey from the beehive. Great location for all my jaunts to beaches, Sanibel Island, Red Sox spring training games and so many wildlife preserves. Supermarket in the neighborhood and kitchen access was really excellent for a budget traveler.

I recommend this property to all around Fort Myers! It’s very clean, you have your own Bathroom, you can park directly in front of the house. The best is the two very friendly people :) Go and stay!

Anthony and Jaimie were wonderful and friendly hosts. Their two cats are cute and affectionate. The room is good-sized with a lot of bureau and closet space. The private bathroom is two steps away with plenty of hot water. There was ample space for me to store food in the refrigerator. Jaimie made a pot of coffe each morning.The big screen TV, living room and kitchen table were available to me and I was able to get a lot of work done and Anthony graciously printed my docs for me. The home is located on a very quiet street, a short distance from McGregor Blvd., and is easy to get to many of the attractions in Ft. Myers. I stayed for eight nights in January, 2020, and enjoyed every minute of it. I highly recommend this airbnb rental!

Anthony and Jamie are awesome. Great place to stay, it is clean and comfortable. They go out of there way to make things the best they can. I wished I could have stayed longer. The backyard garden is incredible with so much variety. Highly recommended.

Great location for so many day trips! The rentals and grounds are clean and well maintained with an office centrally located for check in. We’ll definitely return when visiting this gorgeous area!

We really enjoyed our stay at Marcella and Mo's place. It really lived up to our expectations. The house looks great in the photos but even better in person. And a great central location. Ft. Myers beach, Sanibel and downtown Ft. Myers all equidistant from the house. And finally great communication and very welcoming. A definite thumbs up.

This place is really incredible. I travel continuously for work and have for the last two years, almost without fail, stayed in Airbnb's. This place topped them all. It had a wonderful outdoor space, a spacious and clean interior, a communicative and thoughtful host, and is situated in a lovely little suburb-type area. It's extremely close (walkable if you desire) to a grocery store and would fit the bill for anyone wanting a comfortable, clean, and well-appointed space. A+! Amazing!

We arrived with the enthusiasm like we’d just come into MTV cribs or a Real World house. It was well appointed, clean, with coffee. Central location, easy to get around. Hosts anticipated our needs and offered solutions we didn’t even ask for. Great experience and would stay again.

This room is a gem b/c it gives you cutting edge amenities like Amazon Prime and YouTube video streaming built in to the HiSense Smart TV without need to log in first...it just works! For those MacBook lovers (like me), if you want to stream your own videos, you can either plug in an HDMI cord from your Mac or buy the AirBeam TV app (an app to wirelessly connect to any TV by brand) which you can find for Edwin's HiSense TV here: https://www.airbeam.tv/brands/mirror-for-hisense-tv/ It also features a multiple AC and USB hub on BOTH nightstands, so you have tons of plugs available for all your gadgets on either side of the bed. It has a remote for the ceiling fan and light in the room, and also has an Ecobee climate control system to ensure the temperature is just right. The WiFi is strong and never has dropped signal in all my time working online in the room, which is great for digital nomads and freelancers alike. They also have a WiFi printer in their space for any printing needs you may have...which is a rare treat! There is a lock on the bedroom door so you can keep your valuables safe when you leave and lock everything comfortably in your room while you are exploring Ft Myers. I found the space is always clean, quiet and the fridge and microwave are there for your meals, along with a small coffee maker. Even better, the area NOW offers GrubHub, BiteSquad, Seamless and DoorDash, all of which can bring both restaurant and fast food right to your front door! The value for the price, given the cool amenities that are all tucked into each individual room, is outstanding. This is my third stay with Edwin and Levi and their communication was quick and helpful. Always a pleasure to stay there!

This cottage is just as the listing states. Very close to everything. Spring training facilities, beaches and shopping all within 15 minutes of driving. Would definitely stay there again.

As many of the other reviews state... very clean and everything you may need is provided. We stayed for 3 weeks and had no reason to contact the host because of any problems. Cute place! Thank you Justin....

The place was very clean and came with everything you would need for an overnight stay or a few weeks. Nicely updated and roomy for a couple or couple with small children. A short drive over to Fort Myers beach. Or I75 to access other areas of SWF. In a quiet area of single family homes and duplexes. Really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the hospitality. I wish more Airbnb owners would do like Justin and put the soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the shower. Just so convenient.

We spent 3 nights here and it served our needs perfectly as we wanted an economical place to stay in Cape Coral/Fort Myers while we explored the area. It was hundreds cheaper than the basic level of the national hotel chains and I’m sure had much more character. The pictures on his site are true to the property. We would definitely stay here again.
