Elsbeer Chalet

Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Mödling train station, and from there it's only about 20 minutes by train to Vienna. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a balcony, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an accessible lift and a free underground parking space. Lidl and an Italian and an Asian restaurant are just a minute's walk away.

Garten: großer Pool mit Gegenstromanlage, Wichtig: Juli und August wird im Dorf Glasfaser verlegt. Es ist nicht planbar, wann die Baustelle genau vor unserem Haus sein wird. Dann wird es 1-2 Tage laut sein. Auf unserem Grundstück ist auch unser Lager, uneinsichtig zum Garten. Im Lager arbeitet eine Mitarbeiterin 6-12
