Close to the airport & B.C. ferries! Grocery stores, parks, farmers markets, restaurants, & Butchart Gardens are all less than a 10 min. drive. Victoria, Sidney, and the ocean are all within about 20 mins. Elk Lake is a 10 min. drive where you can enjoy the beach or walk around the beautiful 10 K path around the lake.

Adorable suite with kitchenette.

We know how important it is to feel comfortable & relaxed when you arrive back from a long day of sightseeing. This idea is what inspired us to build our guest suite and provide everyone that stays a place to recharge, relax and enjoy. It is attached to the main house with separate entrance, own bathroom and a small patio area. It is safe to leave your bikes behind the locked gates. Free street parking. A/C. Not suitable for kids/infants as extra guests above capacity. No pets. ok to BNB changes

Modern guest suite, located in Cordova Bay

Our suite is located in Cordova Bay, within walking distance of the beach, golf courses and restaurants. We are 15 minutes from downtown, the Ferries and Airport. Additionally, we are minutes away from Elk Lake, Commonwealth Pool and The University of Victoria. The suite is ideal for couples, visiting athletes, Professors and professionals. Please note: we do have kids, so you will hear them from time to time. Also, cell service can be spotty at times. But we offer our landline for guests.

Relax in your own private space with walkout entrance located on the lower level of our family home. We are situated on 2 acres surrounded by Elk Lake Park. Centrally located, 15-20 minutes to the ferry, airport and downtown, 10 minutes to Butchart Gardens, 5 minutes to great hiking & biking! Many little farms and restaurants close by. The closest bus stop is 2 km's away. Fridge, microwave, keurig and kettle for your basic food needs! **No smoking on property or scented products please!**

Peaceful Heritage Home at Elk Lake

NO CATS ALLOWED . My place is close to the beach and across the road from Elk Lake. The apartment is only 15 minutes away from all major tourist attractions that Victoria has to offer. Other close amenities include Butchart Gardens, the Commonwealth pool, mini putt, the Cordova Bay Golf Course and Public transport as well as an off-the-lead .year around dog beach. It is also a three day minimum stay My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and your dog.
