Hello, We're a family of 3 that live in the house on the main floor. If you need anything we'll be here to help! The rental is a self contained ground suite with private entrance. We are located in Pemberton Heights in beautiful North Vancouver. Our neighbourhood is quiet and conveniently located near downtown Vancouver (10 minute drive). Local transit is a block away and there are also many parks, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Also close to local skiing and Capilano Suspension Bridge.
