The 2 room apartment is 60 square meters and is located in a quiet one-way street. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a quiet bedroom with an 800 sqm garden. Just as quickly as at the cathedral you are also in the city and the hiking trail on the Gera starts at the end of the road. For my guests there is an espresso machine & a small supermarket is around the corner. The apartment is friendly and cozy, has a good atmosphere and is also suitable for a longer stay.

A piece of Tuscany in Erfurt's center /parking space

The apartment is located on the upper ground floor in an old storage building of the former garden-building company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the reason of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above was newly built around 1850 and has been completely renovated to a high quality in recent years. All the interior walls of the exterior sheath of the house are made with clay plaster, ensuring a pleasant room climate.

Quiet location on a side street, but conveniently located for traffic. Historic old town and train station can be reached quickly in about 20 minutes on foot or by tram very close by. Proximity to Steigerwald, stadium, ice sports halls, country day, Thuringia Hall.

The very well equipped apartment is on the 2nd floor of our house in the heart of the old town. It is 100 m to the Krämerbrücke. Restaurants, bars(can be audible at night) and shopping are very close by. The property has 2 bedrooms, with one bedroom accessible via the hallway and is equipped with toilet/vanity This bedroom has a French balcony (floor deep secured window)overlooking the World Heritage Site

The apartment is located in a very old renovated half-timbered house behind the Krämerbrücke in Erfurt - In a medieval house directly on the Gera and in the middle of the countryside. No cars, no exhaust fumes. Here you will spend your time in one of the most beautiful old houses of Erfurt. Romantic and mystical. History lived!!! It is absolutely quiet and cozy, although it is in the heart of the old town.
