Apartment with garden in Eslida

Restored village apartment in the heart of Sierra Espadan. It has three bedrooms with a double bed and a private bathroom for each bedroom. It has a kitchen, dining room with bioethanol stove-fireplace (additional €5 per liter of fuel) and terrace with a 300-square-meter fenced garden with barbecue (firewood not included). Our guests can enjoy the tranquility of the natural park as well as all its trails that are very well marked, and if they prefer they can do adventure activities in the surroundings. It is also a perfect enclave for mountain-bike lovers (medium-high level). Eslida is surrounded by natural spring water sources and has paella pans and picnic areas. We are 10 km from the CV-10 motorway (exit 1), just 40 minutes from Valencia and 20 minutes from Castellón. Despite being in the middle of the mountain, we are only 17 km from the beach.

SMOKE FREE ZONE This ground floor apartment is ideal for a couple. The apartment is spacious, very cool in summer with outside dining. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and an open plan small lounge. The property has Wifi. The village is quiet but welcoming, with several restaurants, 2 supermarkets and the traditional bakery, fish shop and butchers. The village open air swimming pool is nearby and costs only 2€ entrance. The village has walking and cycling routes for all ages.

A newly renovated apartment with lots of charm. It is located on the ground floor of an old house in the center of the village. Ideal for two people. Very well connected with Valencia and Castellón and 15 minutes from the beach. An ideal place for hiking and cycling but also to get to know the city of Valencia in 20 minutes by car.
