What a find! This tiny house was the perfect, peaceful, scenic, stylish weekend escape. Stunning Mt Hood view. Great hosts. Highly recommended.

The tiny house is a wonderful place to stay. It’s not too far from Portland as well and it has a beautiful view!

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. This is the perfect house for a couple looking to getaway for a few days. Kim is a wonderful hostess. She gave us great info on local restaurants and things to do. She was always timely in communication and made check-in/out extremely easy. The house itself was spotless and beautiful inside. The view is breathtaking of course, and the fireplace completes the cabin vibe. I really hope we make it back here sometime in the future.

Beautiful spot to slow down and enjoy an incredible view. We packed our own meals and cooked on the kitchenette. A short drive dropped us up on mt hood for a liesurely walk around trillium lake.

This Treehouse is the real deal. We were excited to come check it out for months and it still outpaced our expectations. The hosts were absolutely lovely, easy to communicate with, and provided last minute recommendations about where to check out Mt Hood and do local hiking. The treehouse is an effortless combination of rustic and glamping. Bed is comfortable. You feel as though you are waking up inside the trees and the property is silent at night. There is a gorgeous pond on property with Salmon under the surface. Truly a special place. Lucky they are willing to share it with the world! They have two adorable dogs that accompany you throughout the day and two cats that followed us at night. Can’t speak highly enough of this place!

This place is spectacular! The treehouse was well thought out and is super cozy. Dave and Hollis have a fully stocked Keurig coffee station for your enjoyment as well! Nothing like waking up after the best rest you ever got in any one of the bed options to a quick make cup of coffee to enjoy while you cozy up in the breakfast nook with a fave book, feeling the peace of the forest wash over you. There's a special energy about sleeping in a tree, I must say – one I highly recommend. In addition to that awesomesauce, there is a pond and lots of outdoor games (bball, carpet ball, horseshoes, zip line, etc.) all waiting for you to come and play, PLUS 20 acres of forested trails to stroll. Please do consider the spiral staircase and tight quarters if ease of movement is a concern for you due to physical constraints (including firm sleeping surfaces for those with back support requirements). Various parts of this experience require a bit of limberness and adaptability. It's well worth it if you're able though.

This place is well worth the money. Whether you’re going for a romantic getaway, or a family outing, this place has it all. The property is amazing with a pond, walking trails and plenty of activities. Highly recommend this unique experience.

Cozy little treehouse set in nature. Even in the end of oct it was kind of chilly but the heater kept us warm. Lots of activities to do in the summertime but we we were still able to feed the fish in the pond, played disc golf, hiked around the property and roasted marshmellows on the fire pit underneath the treehouse.

This was arguably the best bnb I've ever stayed at. The amenities and personal touches were endless. The price point was also incredible. The Trees were intoxicating and the bathroom was fit for a king and queen!

John was very nice and handled our last minute booking very well! For a small couples retreat where you just want to spend some time alone with your significant other this is the place! Enough space for 2 plus a hot tub that has changing lights and colors! Read the rules people!!! There are people living upstairs that will not put their life on pause and tip toe around, just to accommodate you! If you have a problem with hearing your neighbors maybe book a whole house to yourself! It did not bother us at all and instead made us feel more welcome to have a good time because we are loud laughers and like to have a little music on, we had a great time with 0 issues! Thanks John!

Johns place is a spacious house in the forest! With lovely views, a hot tub, darts, ping pong, pool table, tv room and tiki bar! He was happy to accommodate us on short notice! Next time I just hope we get to spend more time there! Definitely would recommend!

We spent just one night here but it was very lovely. Made great use of the pool table and the hot tub. John was super quick in his responses as well. Five stars!

John was super nice and quick to help. He offered to give us towels and sheets for our next Airbnb stay, which he totally didn’t need to do. The place was great for us because we were just there to sleep. We used the hot tub after we came back for dinner, which was nice because of all the trees around. The only down fall I had was the dust on the leather couch and coffee table, the water jug had lots of dirt around it and the bathroom could have used a little tlc in some places. (Maybe I am a clean freak?) Over all it worked totally fine!

An ideal property for a cozy getaway. This property is incredibly versatile and can easily be enjoyed by friend for a gathering, an intimate getaway or families getting out of town. We traveled with our family of five and were impressed by the functional and stylish layout and decor and were pleasantly surprised to see it is much larger in person. It was the perfect spot for our family to enjoy the snowy backdrop while cooking, enjoying books and playing games. The hosts provide very detailed and accurate driving directions and helpful and clear notes about navigating the home. The home provides a warmth and beauty and is very comfortable. Hosts quickly respond to any inquiries. This property functions as an ideal Airbnb .

One of my most favorite Airbnb stays! Hard to get away now that I have a toddler, but the house was completely baby proofed, which made the stay so relaxing! Styled SO well, and in the most beautiful PNW setting. There was a light dusting of snow when we woke up on our last morning, which made things even more magical!

We were close enough to town to grab food but when you're at the place you can't see or hear the neighbors + the place is truly styled to make you feel at home away from home! This is a very special house with it’s wonderful location in a magical setting that is so convenient to all the area has to offer. We were there for a Christmas gathering which was so special. We feel it would be great for any time of the year. The house is well appointed, thoughtful layout and the hosts are so quick to respond ...we were very pleased.

Had a lovely Thanksgiving weekend with my family! The space was beautifully decorated and was full of all we needed. The roads where a little tough with the cold weather. But would absolutely stay again.

Me and my friends are absolutely OBSESSED with the woodlands house. We had such a great time disconnecting in the woods for the weekend. The house is decorated so beautifully, and it felt so cozy. It is the perfect place to relax, hangout by the fire, play some games, and hangout in the hot tub. We loved it, and definitely are hoping to come back soon :)

Rachel and Rico's place is incredible. It's a beautiful home on a wooded lot with trails and trees and troves of delightful findings. It was easy to check-in, Rachel and Rico sent detailed instructions and notes a few days before, everything was very clean. Plenty of kitchen staples for cooking. I came here for a solo writing retreat, but can imagine this place being being great for groups as well.

A quiet little backyard paradise! This tiny home has everything you need to relax. The bed is so comfortable, huge hot tub, cozy robes, a bottle of wine, a little fireplace, and a huge running space for pups. We will be back!

Such a great stay with a very thoughtful host. We came up to take engagement photos and rented the tiny house. Beth decided to upgrade us to her other bnb that had a bathroom so we could get ready. So thoughtful and kind. The room was nice and warm all night, she gave us recommendations for food which was absolutely delicious and not too far. Overall an excellent stay. Would highly recommend.

Beth's place is like heaven on earth! In the morning, the sun was shining through the mist and it felt magical. The cats wandering the property and saying hello was a bonus. Our little chihuahua really enjoyed walking the paths on the property. The tiny house was comfy and warm. Staying at Beth's had the benefits of camping (being in nature) but without the fuss. We will be back. The cabin was just what we were expecting and everyone was happy being there. I always enjoy sitting outside to eat when I can, even in the cold rain, and the seats were dry under the roof so I was able to put on my stocking cap and be out there. Best touch was the wood stove already going when we arrived.

Wonderful place with excellent value! I will say that if you are over 5’6”, you’ll have a great time in the shower.

Jonathan’s place provides a lot of space and conveniences very close to several PDX bus stops. The washer and dryer are in the lower level which is the one I rented. I was there in July/August so the lower level apartment was nice and cool. The neighborhood is peaceful and it is a quick walk to Rite Aid, McGraff’s Fish House, Dollar Store etc. I utilized TriMet for many trips to Oregon City, Sellwood, and Portland. I was amazed at how many transit trip options were within a short walking distance — this is not a one-bus line location, so use your Smartphone to find the quickest trip.

Simple basement apartment with full bathroom and easy (and free) washer/dryer access. Everything you need, Jonathan is easy to deal with and prompt, and the price is great!

Cute little place with lots of fun and thoughtful touches. Very quiet and I slept really well in the comfortable bed. The wall of posters really is fun.

Everything at Gloria and Jerry's Hideaway was so right on! Spotless, filled with thoughtful amenities and so many witty surprises. The bed was very comfortable and we'd like to know what company made the mattress topper. We want one! The days we were there were cold and wet, but I can just picture how much fun it would be sitting outside when the weather is nice. I think I spent the first 15 minutes we were there just checking out all the lovely touches. Gloria put together a great notebook of things to do and places to visit and eat - folks from outside the community should check it out and they'll leave knowing Estacada. I have stayed in a number of airbnbs across the country and this ranks at the top for cost, amenities and a cozy, homey feeling.

This is the second time we have stayed at Gloria and Jerry's place. It is so convenient for us because my son lives nearby. The addition of the electronic lock with our own code for entry was a really nice touch. We stayed a week this time and had a great visit. The bed is very comfortable, and it is really nice being able to wash and dry our clothes instead of over packing like we usually do. Gloria and Jerry provide so many little extra touches that you don't see in most Airbnb's, such as fresh apples, granola bars etc.... We will definitely be back again!!

My guy and I feel so lucky to have been able to spend our 6-month wedding "anniversary" at the Lucky Dawg! Unfortunately we didn't get to meet the amazing owners in person, but Gloria and Jerry made a perfectly cozy, private and welcoming space in their home -- including leaving some wholesome snacks in a basket and a sweet, personal note to us on the fridge! The wall of old posters and the cedar shanks create such a homey vibe. In a well-heated nook on a cold and windy night, tucked into the most comfortable bed this side of the Mississippi, we were two happy campers!

Gloria and Jerry's hideaway is a gem. Cute, comfortable, and cozy. The small kitchen has everything you need to make a simple meal, the bed is soft and warm, and there's lots of fun stuff to look at. Gloria and Jerry are very friendly and want you to enjoy your stay.

Retro vibes in this private space, with a bar! Jazz was playing softly when we walked in. Bring your Vitamix!

The place is cute and well equipped. The location is perfect and private and the hosts were very attentive and generous. [The area does have a power issue here and there but they made sure we were taken care of when the next morning the power turned off for a bit. It really didn't cause us any issues because we had such great hosts. ] I would definitely stay again. The privacy and perks definitely exceeded our expectations!

Amazing modern home!!! We absolutely loved our stay. It was crystal clean in a home that seems brand new. It was so nice to open the blinds in the morning and just let the serenity of the location fill you with peace. It had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

This place was our last stop on our “Oregon tour”. And I’m so happy that it was the last stop. This place is so serene we never left the compound. It will really take your breath away. Andy decorated the place very modern, clean and simple. We wish we lived in a place like this in real life. This spot is about 20-30 min away from Portland and we would stay here Again and again

This is a wonderful place for a quiet getaway from the busyness of life. Great for a “stay-in” trip where you want to just sit and relax. Has a beautiful view that will leave you in awe. The space is well thought out and is very comfortable. It’s a “studio” with a separated bedroom and easy access to the washer and dryer in unit.

I am a French come to Portland a few days and I am not desapointed by the stay where I was. I couldn’t see Jonathan but his co-owner was so great with me. I don’t regret to have chooses Jonathan’s airbnb. There were everything I needed. And more place is very calm and not to long downtown honnestly. It’s a good place for sure here.

This accommodation is an outstanding value for the budget traveler in the Portland area. Jonathan is a considerate and helpful host, and the room and bathroom are good sized and comfortable.

This is a great little house. It is very private, and offers a nice place to stay while visiting Oregon City or Portland . There is a nice park a short walk away, with great views of the waterfalls. We also enjoyed swimming at Clackamette park while we were here.

Dawn's home was quaint and well kept. She was also very accommodating with our request to check-in earlier and also provided lots of suggestions on places to visit. We had hesitations over booking a place with a shared bathroom but after staying in Dawn's home firsthand, we found it to be very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at Dawn and Barbas. Everyone was very friendly and always there if we needed help with anything round the house. The bedroom was spacious and bed very comfy. Parking was never an issue. Very close to Mt hood and the gorge. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay was to attend a recent work event nearby and it truly was an Oasis. Such a lovely and peaceful place to come home to. It is in nature but just a short drive away to anything you may need and a very comfortable drive time to Portland downtown too. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Just perfect. Look forward to coming back.

Benedicta is a warm and friendly host. Her place is incredibly clean, the furnishings are stylish and comfortable, and the check-in is really simple. While I didn't use it, there is also a nice kitchen space where a guest could cook a simple meal.

This place is truly great! You can be certain that you will be warmly welcomed not only by David and Charlie but also their loving dogs. They have a really neat property full of goats, rabbits, cows, and other animals. It is a quiet space with lots of room. It was exactly what we needed. Awesome stay! Had everything I needed and was a peaceful setting for my work trip.

Elizabeth and Tom's place is in a lovely, quiet setting. An adorable group of farm animals and very friendly cat charmed me immediately upon arrival. The home was clean and ready for guests. Tom was friendly, welcoming, and kindly oriented me to the property, with an invitation to use the hot tub, grill, living room, kitchen, and other amenities. For light sleepers, earplugs or sound-cancelling devices are recommended, as there is no physical sound barrier between upstairs and down. It was a great "mini-retreat" accommodation while attending a conference nearby.

Elizabeth's place was all I could ask for. Her backyard is beautiful, the room was private and comfortable, there were a plethora of digital amenities, the wifi is great, and my dog felt so comfortable. Everything is laid out so clearly and easy to find with great style and hospitality. Great choice for a long or short stay in the beautiful Oregon countryside, and not too far away from the city to make it a great price point. If I find myself back in the area, I'll highly consider stayinghere again.

Such a wonderful location for anyone looking to unplug and be somewhere peaceful and quiet. My favorite feature was the short walk to the river and their friendly cat! Rikki was very commutative and accommodating.

We had a nice relaxing experience staying at Rikki’s farmhouse. We enjoyed having coffee by the river each morning and returned to the river each night to unwind. The property is very peaceful and quiet. We also enjoyed our daily visits from her cat. She was an extra little companion for our stay. Definitely a good experience and would stay again.

A comfortable and quiet place to stay in an excellent setting. Had access to all the appliances and cooking utensils needed to make dinner. Saw lots of people floating the river and it looked like a lot of fun. Hope to return next summer and come prepared to float.

Excellent place to relax and enjoy being away from the city. The property is beautiful with a friendly horse and pony. The loving cat was the best part for our daughter. Walking trails and river outside your door. Hosts were amazing! Definitely coming back on our next trip to Portland.

Green Acres Farm is an amazing place! We had such a relaxing time and it was so nice walking around the property, visiting the animals. Will definitely plan another visit.

Julie's place is so sweet for the perfect getaway from the city. Her animals are just the most fun. Her and her husband go out of their way to ensure you are all taken care of and have a comfortable stay!

Nice clean, large studio in a wooded small farm setting. We enjoyed giving food scraps to the animals. I recommend it and would stay there again!

This was a great place to stay for our Mt Hood adventure. The kids loved the animals and it was a great place for the whole family. Thank you to our hosts for having all the great amenities and making us feel welcome. Loved the bathroom design and the extra touches throughout. The kids really enjoyed the board games and coloring books, toys. We will definitely stop by here again.

What a dreamy retreat from Portland! Think I was one of the first to experience the magic of the outside tub and gaze at the full moon by candlelit! Hy & Dani really know what they are doing!

The airstream was a great stay for us in the middle of our vacation. It was homey and very warm once you got the small wood stove going. Sipping hot chocolate and enjoying the cozy space was a made for a great night.

An amazing getaway! We celebrated our 1 year here and just wanted a space to relax and this was exactly that. We were able to help ourselves to everything including an outdoor fire that was already prepared for us upon arrival. The dogs on the property checked in on us often. We felt very comfortable the whole stay. Would recommend to anyone who wants a place to disconnect from the city life. Thanks for the experience!

Everything we were looking for in our weekend getaway. Such a peaceful and special place. Only complaint would be a lack of sponge for doing dishes.

This was a great spot to stay for a night! We couldn't figure out the wood stove but the electric heater kept us warm enough on a cold night. The bed was great and cozy. We loved being able to have our pup with us too. Thanks for hosting!

Extras are standard at Jill’s place. We visited Sandy to take care of elder family members on a regular basis and this is our last trip as they have both moved into other living arrangements. We have stayed at Jill’s a number of different times in different seasons and we’ve been pleased with our stay every time. We appreciate the cleanliness, comfort, privacy, and the thoughtful touches. Jill is a terrific host and we will miss staying someplace that truly felt like a home away from home.

This place was so adorable and perfect for a convenient overnight stay close to Ski Bowl! It was clean and super easy to find and was walking distance to multiple restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place, Jill was awesome and super quick at responding!

I enjoyed a great night's stay and would definitely stay again! Small space well organized and sparkling clean with lots of wonderful extras like great coffee and cream and yummy muffin, and a lovely peaceful neighborhood.

Very convenient place to stay for a 2 person mountain trip. Only about 30 minutes from skibowl (where we went), 5 minutes from grocery/coffee/restaurants/etc, and about 30 minutes from Clackamas town center. It was clean and quiet. I really appreciated the coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bottled water that was available in the room. Toaster, microwave, and fridge made it a little cheaper to travel since we didn’t have to eat out at a restaurant for every meal while staying here :) I plan on staying here again for my next Mt. Hood trip.

Small but perfect for a little get away

It is very clean and lovely. Getting ready for a New Year’s Eve Party was a little more difficult than expected but that was not their fault at all.

They have great communication and they have a lovely place. They had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

It was cozy and comfortable room. Host prepared lots of stuff for convenience.(welcome food, multi-plug, etc) We have lots of luggages(include snowboard), so we need to keep it on our car. But if you don’t have not that much stuff, the room is enough to two people.

Extremely clean, well-equipped, cozy basement apartment with private entrance :) I would definitely stay again.

Alyssa's place is a beautiful, spacious spotlessly clean basement remodel, with a fabulous, gigantic bathroom and shower, filtered water to drink, and a super comfortable and cozy bed-- plus an entire living room with giant TV to boot! The neighborhood is a bit out of the way, but-- on the plus side-- parking is abundant, and it is super quiet. Highly recommended!

Excellent space, good location, easy check in and check out

Though our stay was only one night, it was beyond what we expected. The place was unique, clean and comfortable, in fact, it felt like home! There were clear instructions on how to enter the unit and work everything. We loved being so close to the city yet in a quiet neighborhood. The one bedroom cozy basement suite was exactly what we wanted after a long day of hiking. Definitely the place to stay if you want to get a feel for life in Portland!

It's an amazing place, very clean and the TV was huge!! The host, Alyssa was very friendly and made us felt welcomed. The place is perfect if you wanted to be away from the main city, it's a drive but they got cool spots around if you wanted to stay within the area. Kudos to the place!!

This is a perfect cabin on property that is very restorative, nestled among tall cedars. The grounds are lovely, and secure and I loved being greeted by the good doggie. Very roomy inside, all the comforts of home.

Karl's rental is a great little private hideaway. I was in town for a hunting trip so I left early and the privacy of the location made it easy to not disturb anyone when leaving. I highly recommend you stay here!

Sheri is a very kind and wonderful host. Her place is very relaxing and tranquil. Her sunroom is a decent size room and decorative. Her place has awesome amenties, breakfast items, and is an overall chill emvironment.

This place was really fantastic, and couldn’t have been a nicer place to stay and Sheri is such a great host. I loved staying in the sunroom, the place is clean, quiet and full of great amenities, and i would def stay here again, but would recommend having a car if getting around efficiently is important, as its fairly neighborhood-y, and a bit far from the central Portland areas, but there is a bus stop nearby, however, the MAX lines are a bit far. So the location is great but that should be kept in mind, but Sheri does mention that on the listing. But no complaints at all and the value cant be beat
