The large cribs (approx. 1.80 x 0.90 m) can be equipped with existing grids. In addition, the apartment has a shared kitchen, two bathrooms each with a toilet (one on the upper floor, one on the top floor), a guest toilet on the upper floor and a balcony on the large double room of about 20 m².

My studio trailer is right at the other end of our large property. It has a fully equipped 1950s kitchen, seating, a small table and a double bed in the upper part of the structure. In the house 50 m away, you have a separate guest toilet with a small sink. The caravan doesn't have a shower! Wi-Fi is available, and the caravan is heated using a heat pump (from 2026). The car has its own electricity meter – the electricity is billed according to consumption.

Welcome to the village of Kappishäusern with 500 inhabitants. Our 30 square meter studio apartment not only offers beautiful views of the Swabian Alps, but above all represents an ideal starting point for a visit to the Metzinger Outlet City or the thermal baths in Beuren and Bad Urach. In addition, some hikes are possible directly from the house. After a long day, you can walk to the popular Greek restaurant (with a timely reservation).
