The Burgundy farmhouse

Independent farmhouse 80 m2 refurbished in 2025, it is part of a large enclosed and wooded plot. Retaining its old-fashioned charm, it has all the comforts of a modern home, perfect for a couple or family with children: 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4), living room, large kitchen, cozy space for children, spacious bathroom and separate toilet. Comfortable in summer and winter with its wood fiber insulation and heat pump (air conditioning), it is the perfect base for exploring the city on foot. Shops, restaurants, bars and a theater are nearby. Free parking 5 minutes away, paid parking 2 minutes away (1 hour free). Train station is a 15-minute walk away.

First accommodation in the middle of the forest

8 minutes from the city center of Auxerre, a nice and quiet setting in the middle of the forest, we offer 3 small studios for 2 people, not overlooked, private entrances with a living area and the bedroom upstairs. You will be independent and you will not disturb anyone. All outdoor spaces and pool are shared with other guests. Everything you need is provided, linen and toiletries are provided.

The Lodge

On the ground floor, a very bright 60 m² lodge, with all modern comforts, in the heart of nature and in a peaceful setting. You can make the most of the hanging bed. Large windows give you a view of the pond with its fountain in summer. Its entirely hand-crafted corded wood wall is exceptionally charming. Separate from my home, the Lodge is set in lush green surroundings.

The Vineyard House

The accommodation is composed of a living room and a "parental bedroom" with shower in the bedroom. The property also has a veranda converted into a summer living room. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a secure outdoor parking space with an electric gate. The accommodation is 3 minutes from Chablis, 5 minutes from the A6 highway and 15 minutes from Auxerre.
