Listed as one of Michigan's Dream Homes 2023. Located on all-sports Swains Lake, includes 2 kayaks, paddle boat (seasonal), your own dock and beach area. Public boat launch and public beach a mile down the road. Inside you will find a clean, spacious, cabin with all the amenities needed for a romantic get away or a family fun trip! Only an hour away from Ann Arbor/Kalamazoo or 30 minutes from Marshall. Falling Waters Trail, a 10 mile paved trail connecting Concord to Jackson, is 5 miles away.

It offers an open floorplan with a loft area where the four twin beds are located *can be made more private by closing the barn doors. There is two full bathrooms, a large kitchen area, living space, dining space, and an open area we can set up to be used for craft activities or other activities upon request. It also has a Halo air purification system, stopping virus particles to travel through the HVAC.

There are three upstairs bedrooms (two queen, one king, and a foldout twin) and full bath and a second full bath in the basement. A 4-block walk to a vibrant main street with lots of restaurants. The main floor has full kitchen, internet, living and dining rooms with a beautiful sunroom. There is no bed or bath on the main floor.

The chain is 17 miles, traversable via pontoon or speedboat! The Cabin includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
