Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Really switch off and relax? Then you have come to the right place in our alpine hut with outdoor sauna in times like these! Absolute secluded location and yet in the middle of the European sports region Kaprun, Zell am See. You can easily escape everyday life in our hut and spend cozy days with your families or friends. Our latest highlight is a smoker including an instruction book. Our hut is ideally suited for 2 to 4 people. Electricity + water available.

In our apartment building there are a total of 2 apartments for a maximum of 7 people each.

Our place is located in the middle of the impressive Hohe Tauern and is surrounded by a breathtaking mountain landscape. There are many opportunities for leisure activities, including fantastic hiking trails, bike tours along the Mölltal or to East Tyrol, and challenging mountain bike routes through steep mountains. From Heiligenblut (12 km) begins the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, which with the Franz-Josef-Höhe allows a direct view of the Grossglockner.

The 4 seasons holiday villa is located in the Alpine region 2 km from Kranjska Gora in a beautiful and secluded location. Surrounded by a large fenced garden and including swim spa, jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis and 4 bicycles, it is ideal for leisure and/or very active holidays (walking, hiking, cycling etc.). It is ideal during the time of coronavirus pandemics since it enables a lot of fun even when contacts with other people should be avoided.

Apartment on the upper floor of the house offers 2 rooms (1 with king size bed and a living room with an extendable sofa) that share a common balcony. Kitchen is equiped with all basic cookware and refrigerator. Roomy bathroom is equiped wit a washing machine. Every need that you might have will be taken care off. Welcome!

A shower as well as an extra washing facility are integrated. The special gem is our sauna, which is also located on this level. A cooking corner with a small kitchen cabinet, a hot plate, and the most important utensils are also ready for you. A few steps behind the house, a beautiful terrace awaits you for cozy, mild evenings. A staircase leads down to the stream. In the upper area is the bedroom with a double bed and the guest bed.

Ein ökologisch nachhaltiges neues Holzhaus sucht sympathische BewohnerInnen. Modern, komfortabel ausgestattet und mit allem was man braucht um so richtig zu entspannen. Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.

We have lovingly renovated our cozy vacation home. It offers family-friendly amenities, but it is also very suitable for a vacation with friends. There is now also a covered Finnish outdoor sauna and a massage chair. You have the house inside and out for your own use. The house has 1 floor and with a size of 80 m² there is space for max. 6 people + baby crib. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Zell am See - Holiday apartment with 2 bedrooms

Our apartment is located in the Schmittenstraße Zell am See. The house have multiple holiday apartments. This apartment is in the first floor. Here you have 2 bedrooms, each one for 2 persons. You also have a living room with dining area and a modern kitchen. The living room and also one bedroom have a balcony. In the basement there's a table tennis which is available and for shared use.
